C. B.I will update my feedback to 5 star's when all the following options will become available in the FairFX app.
I request to be available PDF statement, and priority instantly notifications for each transaction that goes In/Out, IBAN to receive funds from other people or Bank Details (Sort code & Acc Number) to set up profile pictures Until now the app has only the basic functionality, will be great to upgrade the card as well to a debit one, must of the retailer don't accept prepaid cards, we are into 2021 and all this must be available, I request my feedback to be considered priority by the developer of Fairfx app, more functionality that means more happy costumers.
Waiting and stay tuned for the next update.
Will be great aswell if you can offer more colour theme in the app for a better design to show the balance not just a white screen.

w. h.Our hotel informed us that they were going to be closed for our upcoming trip, despite us pre-paying them for a 7 night stay. When we requested a refund, they refused, saying that they would give us a travel voucher instead. This was obviously unacceptable, so we contacted FairFX who helped us do a chargeback through Mastercard. After submitting all the requested documentation, our chargeback was successfully completed in only a week. FairFX was excellent in facilitating it and helping us all the way. We couldn't recommend them more!!!
