In December 2006 I injured my L5 lumbar disc. A few months later a dentist botched a root canal in my upper jaw and drilled through the end of one of the tooth roots and most of the tooth broke off. At the time I did not realize these two incidents were linked. In September 2021 I did the same movement and injured my L5 lumbar disc again. The resulting pain was an ache that was completely debilitating and my para spinal and QL muscles would spasm as well. After ten weeks had passed and I was not making much progress I came across Mark Tucker who uses muscle testing in the science of Afferentology. I understood that my muscle tone had been seriously compromised by the defective root canal treatment done fourteen years ago. The Myotatic Reflex system as a first line of defence against injury made sense to me and I had my first session with Mark on 1st December. Mark muscle tested me over a couple of sessions as I hobbled and moved uncomfortably on his treatment bed - so many of my muscles were just not working in sync with their opposite counter parts. I had the broken tooth removed and also had a very old amalgam filling removed. My back muscle started to engage properly again and I felt more in control again. This felt amazing! I still have a ways to go and I am determined to regain full use of all my muscles again and live a normal life! I continue to spread the word about you and Afferentology to any person I come across who has lower back pain. Thank you SO much Mark, you have impacted my life in such a profound way!

State of the art natural body healing, no chemicals involved just the way nature designed our bodies and how the nervous system is supposed to function. I had a soccer injury on my hip many moons ago and I had recently experienced upper back pain between the shoulder blade and the spinal cord. A dear friend, Madoda Shweni, who had a sports injury and had consulted with Mark Tucker suggested that I consult with Mark Tucker and I am very glad I did. Who knows, had I not had the hip injury, I could have played for Liverpool with Mo Salah and them! I was quite deft with my soccer skills. I digress. The diagnosis and putting the body structure back to its natural place was absolutely amazing. The time taken diagnosing the source of the pain was more than adequate and pinpoint. It was followed by fixing the limbs to their original position. I nearly slept immediately after the process. The whole process is designed to assist the patient to natural recovery. No gimmick, no money making scheme. It's all about the patient. The hip pain is totally gone. There is still a small back pain. I am still due for my next appointment in a week's time for a check up and further work if necessary. How much would one pay for such assistance? R1m, R2m, or even R5m perhaps? Not with Mark Tucker. His is very affordable and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend Mark Tucker to any patient looking for a proper and sustainable solution to their limb(s) pain. The natural supplement also prescribed has no chemicals or unneeded substances/ingredients but just how nature would like it to be and always has. But wait..... There was also a bonus of educational information throughout the process regarding the body's nutritional requirements which helps the body heal and sustain itself. The whole process is designed and dedicated to human health and vitality. I was so impressed because I was also thinking had I sought assistance elsewhere, I could have possibly ended up with an unnecessary surgical operation and prescription of chemicals some of which are not needed by our bodies or even make the problem worse. I am looking forward to my next final appointment!

The best of the best! Mark himself is very thorough and attentive to his patients. He gives advise on food intolerance, diet, and allergies. Mark is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Most importantly, you can tell that he loves his job and that is very important. Note: patient commitment also affects results and your own health 😁 MY EXPERIENCE +++ I was very apprehensive to see a chiropractor. I've been suffering from back problems since I was little and previous visits to other chiropractor/acupuncturist had not been beneficial and I'd seen little to no improvement in the past. However, seeing Mark has been the best decision I've recently made in relation to my back and health. I was referred to Mark last week, having excruciating pain from two prolapsed discs. I was also diagnosed with hyperthropy of facet joints and spondylosis. Some days, I couldn't even walk from the pain, with pain ranging from 8-10 out of 10, at times, and no strength to open doors. Specialist spinal doctor was suggesting spinal injections to reduce inflammation and pain! Three sessions later, in a space of five days, the pain has reduced to 0-3 out of 10, depending on the time of day and what my (lack of) activity has been. I can walk longer distances and I can definitely feel a difference in my posture and the way my body is functioning. I'm also sleeping better at night. I haven't felt my body function this well in the last, minimum, five years. The specialist is no longer suggesting spinal injections (phew!). He was also very impressed with my progress in a week. We will be investigating what external factors are also affecting my nervous system and back... can't wait!
