Cannot recommend First Mile highly enough! They are quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable and really professional. James responded to my initial contact immediately and sent through all the info I wanted within moments. I needed to set up a reliable, trustworthy and efficient waste system for a new office and I made my order on Friday, the bins arrived on Monday. Great to see one company offering lots of different options to help our office recycle as much as we possibly can. Great service, thanks team!

I am super impressed with the garden waste collection service they offer, I ordered a garden waste delivery on Sunday 10th May at 7pm and they arrived at 2.45pm the next day. I emailed in the morning to ask what time they would arrive and they were quick to respond and confirm. They collected our garden waste quickly and were super clean. They are really reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough. With the tips currently closed, I would go ahead and book First Mile for your garden waste.

Thatch Residential recently moved to SW11 and we were keen to organise our recycling to try and do our bit to help the planet. Always happy with the service we receive from First Mile. Everyone is lovely and really helpful, whether it's someone on the phone or the drivers that come to collect bags and deliver supplies. We met with Christina from First Mile Ltd as we wanted a better solution for our showroom waste. We used generic rubbish bags from Enfield council and all our rubbish and waste was disposed into these bags. First Mile offers a cost effective waste solution allowing you to split your waste into recycling, cardboard and general waste using different colour bags.They also have a confidential waste solution too. All of these services work out cheaper then the council's service and the collection time worked out better for us too. We are now happy customers and we would highly recommend speaking to Christina at First Mile to see if she has a solution for your business.

I spoke to a man called Dan with my order being wrong and he was amazing and easy to talk to. He spoke to the driver and the driver went to the van and checked if he had what I original said on the phone when I ordered and exchanged the wrong one with the correct one. It’s hard to find someone who can help with your situation easily and quickly and Dan did it for me. I highly recommend Dan if you have a problem because I will be asking for him if I have one again. Also the driver was nice and understanding towards the situation too.

We have been using First Mile for over four years and have always found them to be extremely helpful and reliable. We love being able to recycle the vast majority of our office waste. We only have one general waste bin per floor of our building, everything else is added to the mixed recycling bins, food recycling bins and cartridge & toner bins. Even our coffee grounds are turned in to bio-fuel!
