k. s.FlashPark is the cheapest and excellent option to stop people parking on your allocated parking. very seasy no need to confront the people. take clear picture and upload that. Rest is taken care by FlashPark. i had so much issue because close to undeground station. i tried everything nothing stoped. so some reason after my search online i found this people. i had been using for last five years. with out any issues. ofcourse people still park then they gate panelty of £80. There are others arround but this is cheapest and very good concept they have. I will strongley recommended.

P. D.Flashpark have a great range of No Parking Signs to help prevent illegal parking on your property. The signs act as a detterent in their own right, but if someone does park illegally on your property, you can issue a parking ticket by registering with Flashpark which has access to the DVLA database. I would highly revcommend Flashpark if you are suffering from problem parking.
C.I'm laughing at all the one star reviews of people calling Flashpark 'thieves'! That's like robbing a bank and complaining about being arrested! I know. How about. YOU DON'T PARK IN PLACES YOU SHOULDN'T. If we own private land, we can decide what we do with it. And if we have an arrangement for certain people to park in our spaces for a small charge, then YOU, THE IDIOTS COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS SCHEME, are the thieves for wrongfully occupying their spots! It's not hard to understand! If you've been issued a fine from this company, then you are in the wrong 😂
s. l.Great alternative to clamping. Some people think that they can do what they like and have total disregard to others land. Flash Park does what it says on the tin. Be smart don't trespass and enjoy your life. If you did decide to break the law please accept the consequences . simples
P. S.We signed up to Flashpark as we are a block of 47 flats with off street parking close to Alexander palace. The spaces are not marked, there are regular events at Alexander palace which brings in heavy traffic to our buildings,as such we started to experience unauthorised parking. We contacted VCS who sent us the necessary warning signs to display around the car park. This solved the problem straight away,and only issued 3 tickets,one was a resident who forgot their permit so we cancelled the ticket the other two were nothing to do with our block.The signs appear to be doing most of the work so we are pleased . We hope it stays this way. Well done VCS.
Y. p.We have a small dental practice near a busy shopping area we were having to chase of illegal Parker’s who constantly use the reserved spaces that are leased to us from the freeholder. We ordered two warning notices from flashpark and installed one at the entrance and the second sign in from of the parking bays this has stopped the unauthorised parking as the signs say they will be given a parking ticket
So we are pleased with the signs and have not reported a motorist to date.Great service !!
