Ricardo rescued me late on Sunday night when a leak from the toilet meant water was going through to the floor below. He arrived rapidly and fully equipped, quickly working out what was wrong and isolating it, and came back early the next day before I had to go to work fixing it in no time. Extremely professional, kind and efficient at very reasonable prices. Would definitely use again for any services and recommend to family and friends too.

Totally impressed. I called them round to fix a noisy radiator in error - it was actually some electrical equipment nearby making a noise - and they didn't want to charge me. They even checked my boiler pressure and bled the radiators whilst they were here. Really nice guys, will definitely use them again.

I had ongoing issues with other plumbers letting me down over a number of days, but Ricardo was able to come the same day I called (as I had no heat or hot water.)He diligently kept me informed on his arrival due to an overrunning earlier job. Our gas boiler packed up just before Christmas and G&E, introduced by daughter, were able to instal a new gas boiler one week sooner than anyone else in our W8 neighbourhood. They also installed a flue that rose five floors (with the help of scaffolding) in our mansion block light well. The team is very reliable and responsive and they happily came by one evening to tweak the pressure.
