This is a lovely place with a comfortable, stylish vibe. The staff are all charming and my treatments were wonderful. The Gua Sha facial has left my skin looking the best it has been for a while and the back massage was amazing! I was very well looked after and I loved that I was able to have two treatments in an hour. Very convenient. I would highly recommend coming here.

Firstly a stunningly beautiful relaxing place. I could move in! Secondly the treatment with Justine was fabulously nurturing and relaxing. Justine works holistically and straight away made a visual assessment before she got to work with her hands and later brought some technology into the mix. I have long standing pigmentation and left with plumper and brighter skin and some strategies to work on. Next time I’m in London I will definitely by back. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful space with lovely staff. I had the 30min Energising facial and it felt so lovely and relaxing - my skin felt amazing after and I was glowing. Would definitely like to try some of the full body massages next time!

My mum and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gazelli House this weekend. I purchased a voucher for my mum last Christmas which we finally had the opportunity to use this weekend. From the moment we arrived at the house, Alexandra greeted us as if we had known each other for years; she was warm, friendly and a delight to spend time with. I had the therapeutic massage while my mum had the energiser facial and a massage. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our treatments and slept like a dream last night. We will definitely be back! The house is situated in the heart of South Kensington and is a fantastic oasis in the city for doing a spot of Christmas shopping or just indulging in some self-care. We can't wait to go back.

It takes me an hour in a car to visit Gazelli every month but it's a trip worth making. I was thinking today that those are lucky who have Gazelli House in their neighbourhood. Valeria has been doing my bespoke facia for a while now and I can honestly claim she's the best facialist I have ever visited. Probably I am now used to my new skin but my friends still compliment me (even on zoom calls).

I had the most amazing facial at Gazelli House. My standards are extremely high and because of this I actually hadn't had a facial in over a year, because I couldn't find anywhere that I felt would take care of my skin as well as my overall well-being. Well I've found it. When I arrived I was enveloped by the exquisite surroundings and the friendly staff. I immediately felt welcome and was taken on a tour of the spa which is simply stunning and tastefully decorated. I had a 90 minute consultation and facial with Valerija who took the time to really understand my needs. She was thorough and gentle with my skin and needless to say I was absolutely glowing. Now I love makeup and wear it regularly, and after my facial I was getting as many compliments from men and women as I do when I wear makeup and I was wearing nothing on my face. Gazelli House is my choice for skincare and well-being. It's been a week since my facial and I can see the difference in my skin already. It is worth every penny. Invest in yourself.

This place is a heaven in the middle of the busy city. My aim was to release all tension from shoulder muscles, that accumulated within few months. Alexandra has magical hands, left the Gazelli House completely lighter and with no tension around my shoulders. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prior to my visit they were very responsive via email checking up on my preference for appointments and confirmation. The woman who did my facial was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment fully to me. She even provided me with helpful tips for my skincare. Highly recommend.

Beautiful space. Focus is on wellness but not sure this is entirely relevant when booking a relaxation massage as opposed to a more health related treatment - a lot the booking time (20-30 mins of a 90 min appointment) is spent discussing overall wellness (diet, products used etc) when I would have rather used this time extending the massage! Overall nice massage but I felt it was poor value for money - can get an equally good experience at other high end spas for half the price.

I just need to share how wonderful Gazelli House is. From the mother/daughter operation to the in depth and tailored facial itself. Valerija (my therapist) was incredibly thoughtful to consider my existing regime so as to incorporate it into my bespoke facial, which consisted of: • Oxy Clear (Oxygen Therapy)- deeply exfoliates skin (using Papaya and Pineapple Enzymes) while effectively delivers Medical Grade Oxygen to support the skin and to energize skin cells, increasing whole skin function. • Radio Frequency (neck and jaw line only)- increases collagen production within the skin, while Vacuum Suction drains the fluids and toxins towards the lymph nodes and contours the face. • Oxy Cool (Oxygen Therapy)- supports skin function and helps to restore skin health while effectively pushes in (up to 3 times deeper than your skin could naturally absorb) professional range product which works as very strong antioxidant helping to protect the skin from free radicals. Even now my skin is still feeling great...a week or so later!!!!
