I'm absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Hackney Heating. The standard of workmanship is excellent and I found all the team at Hackney Heating to be friendly, helpful and informative. The contractors who carried out the work were clearly experienced, knowledgeable and professional. They were also quick and efficient. The works were quite extensive and they've done a fabulous job. They have utterly transformed my hot water system and it's now super efficient. I would highly recommend Hackney Heating and will certainly be using them for all my maintenance in the future. Danny who seems to run the business is very communicative, and competitive in price. I got my new boiler installed with him and I'm pleased with it. His lads took away the old boiler but there were some other items that were not taken away (in fact he was right, they were not part of the boiler so understood why they weren't removed). However, he still got his lads to come back and pack up the items in a better fashion so I could get the council to remove. Thank you for this. I would use them again.

Hackney heating came to fix a problem with our boiler, which hadn’t worked in three days. The engineers were both polite, told me what the problem was and fixed for the agreed (and competitive) price. I probably should have given them four stars because there was a problem with their booking system and the engineer didn’t turn up on the first day. However I’m willing to put that down to a human error and once they arrived they fixed the boiler quickly and efficiently. In fact they identified quite a big problem and less reputable firms could have spun it out for more cash, but they were really good and seemed open and honest. Very happy and will use again.

It is so nice to find a company that you can rely on, the survey was so simple, everything was explained, evan where the pipework would run to avoid any re decoration. The engineers were so friendly and helpfull, they cleaned up before leaving, a first class job.

I came to my flat to discover the boiler was not working. After trying troubleshooting it myself I called Hackney Heating and they said they were fully booked for the next 4 days =S . Then they asked me to describe the problem and gave clear instructions on what to look for. The engineer then pop in the same day and solved the fault efficiently fast and at good price. You cannot find better service.

Phoned and got appointment at my first availability 2 days later. Arrived with 20 minutes of the already helpful 2 hour time slot given. Diagnosed the issue with heating pump quickly and efficiently, explained it clearly to me and what he'd done to fix it. Gave useful advice on what to do going forward if there ever an issue again, had an assistant/apprentice(?) in tow which a good thing. Phone handed to me to give payment to the office by card, done quickly and efficiently. Was friendly and professional throughout. Would use again, recommended...

Stage 1 - call out and diagnosis of Boiler problem Called up to request a quote and visit to see our boiler - very lovely lady on the phone, very helpful. Engineer came out roughly on time after trouble finding the house, but was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Price was very, very good for our Boiler to be replaced and installed. Price for 1 hour call out to check boiler was also cheaper than others I've spoken to by 50%. Works will be conducted next week, I will leave another review following that. But based on service so far, and other reviews, I'm expecting an excellent installation service.
