We'd never worked with the guys at Ideal Insight before so, while their portfolio was very impressive, we weren't really sure what to expect. Not only are the people really great to work with, but their team are helpful, professional and eager to make suggestions to either improve our vision or enhance it. We filmed for a day and ended up with better content than we could've hoped for, and we're looking forward to working with them on more content in the future!

We worked with Ideal Insights on producing a film to introduce a new certification program we are launching. We thought the project is going to be complex, timely and complicated as our request included actual filming, library footage, and multiple versions, formats and translations of the videos in over 6 languages. The process however proved to be efficient, seamless and well managed within the timeline we had set out. There was no bad surprises or compromises, the job was managed by one or two key contacts within the agency, and the job was delivered in full exactly as it was briefed. We had a very good experience working with the team and we will definitely come back for more. JP

Nick Twig and his team had a two-week brief to put together a compelling, visually-pleasing 4-minute corporate video for a last-minute conference we were attending. We interviewed three other video production companies for the job, but Ideal Insight was way ahead of the rest, with regards innovative and workable creative concepts that fulfilled the brief perfectly. In a nutshell, they just got us and our business straight away. We knew a two-week deadline was a big ask - but Ideal Insight worked night and day to meet the deadline - and even coped with some changes we wanted to make at the last minute. I’ve dealt with a number of video production companies before, but none have come anywhere close to offering such an astounding service, fast turnaround and true understanding of your business as Ideal Insight. I worked with Ideal Insight on a consultancy project, producing specialised exercise videos for those with Parkinson's Disease. In total 5 full length videos (45 mins) and 12 shorter (5-8 mins), exercise tutorial type videos. From start to finish Nick and the team at Ideal Insight were professional, friendly and communicative. They took the time to get a thorough understanding of the brief, with precise questions and a friendly onboarding process. There was a clearly defined process with regular and open communication about project timelines. The iterations of the video edits were finished in a timely manner and to a high standard each time, suggestions and track changes were always taken on board and subtle but effective guidance was on hand when it was needed to improve the project. I would recommend Ideal Insight for similar projects, but would be confident that the professional traits displayed would translate into projects of a different kind as well.
