I cannot recommend Karen highly enough - not only is she warm, friendly and caring, she is also an expert in her fields and can work miracles! She cured a long standing virus that nobody else had been able to diagnose or address, and she has picked up and cured health issues that I had forgotten to tell her about. I also visit her regularly for her excellent osteopathy, which sorts out any aches and pains from exercise or sitting at a desk. I always feel like a new woman when I leave and reassured that someone is looking after all elements of my body’s functioning. Thank you Karen!

Karen Willis was recommended to me a few years ago to sort a minor issue with my leg. I visited the clinic and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and comfortable it was. Most importantly, I realised how competent, friendly and professional Karen was. Karen Wills combines professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that allows you to feel calm, reassured and in good hands throughout the appointment… Most importantly she really knows what she is doing. The clinic is lovely and welcoming. It's bright and airy and smells really nice! I come for sports injury therapy and, although the wait is never long, the waiting room is comfortable and quiet. The treatment rooms are peaceful and very clean. Pantelis is an amazing physio, calm and professional. Parking is plentiful and easy in the local area, at least on the weekends when I go.

Began seeing Pantelis in the summer to address a long overdue knee issue. He is professional, friendly, and informative - I felt entirely at ease and in safe hands. He listened carefully, and explained to me every step of the way what was happening. Rehab plan in hand, and several sessions and acupuncture later, my knee is more or less recovered, stronger, and no longer preventing me from the exercise I enjoy. Very clean and tidy clinic. Highly recommend!

I've used Islington Osteopathy Clinic over the past six year period. Karen was great helping me out with back pain and just feeling generally battered post birth. I also sough treatment for my daughter and as that happened my husband immediately booked in his session too! He had FOMO - which really tells you how good they are! I still go back for any issues with my daughter. I wish I had gone to IOC during my pregnancy as I was seeking treatment elsewhere and it really made no difference - that is why I always recommend this clinic!

I discovered the Islington Osteopathy Clinic after having injured my lower back at the gym. I went there to see if I could get an appointment and I was given one the very next day with Clio. She manipulated me and it immediately relieved me from most of the pain I could feel as well as improving my reduced mobility. When I went back the next weekend to see how it had evolved, I was feeling much better and it was almost healed. Clio is very skilled and explains in details what she's doing so that you're never taken by surprise which contributes to make you feel safe and in very good care. I come back regularly to see her and work on some other parts of my body that are a bit blocked and I am always amazed at the benefits I get from each session. I feel that my muscles and joints are much more free. I also feel that this is helping me with cycling as I feel more balanced. I highly recommend Islington Osteopathy Clinic and Clio to anyone in need for a good osteopath!

My back dramatically improved since she started treating me, and now I learned how to protect and manage my back to minimise further injuries. Excellent understanding and treatment of injuries as well as strengthening the muscles and joints from a very friendly person. Highly recommended for athletes as well as anyone with injuries or any weaknesses in their spine, lower back, shoulders, legs, hip etc. Pantelis helped me to overcome old injuries, prevent new ones and keep me in top shape for training and competitions. This was the key to compete in several CrossFit and weightlifting competitions over the last 2 years without getting injured as well as recovering in time.

I am 32 years old. I grew up doing lots of intensive physical activity (basketball, judo, football...). I unfortunatley had a full knee reconstruction, which stopped me doing lots of the stuff I loved. That was about 5 years ago. Since then my body has felt like it is falling apart. Arthritis in knee, Siatica on the opposite side and constant pains in my upper back, shoulders and neck (especially on the left hand side). I forgot what it felt like to be free. Then a good friend recommend Karen. I trusted them and went along. It was the best thing I have ever done. That women knows her stuff, she was able to tell me where I was feeling pain and the primary factors, jist from looking at my posture. I came out feeling great. But the following day when I woke, I felt even better, like I was 22 again. Everything was relaxed, not stiff and smooth. Karen is not only the best gift I have bought for myself, but she is also a people person, lovely chatty, bubbly and allows you to feel comfy from the off set. Can't wait to go back again next month. Best thing I have done for myself in a long time. Totally worth it. I not only want her to work on me every month, I also want her to become my friend, as she has a lovely personality.
