A hidden gem 💎 in London - I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and highly recommend the treatments. I like the full body massage. A very calming environment, clean, and organised. An outstanding team with great customer service. I leave each treatment energised, more connected and aligned. Visited here today with a bit of a neck emergency. The team fit me in for 30 mins with Damien who gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. It was actually a deep tissue massage - everything I needed to help my locked neck. High quality masseuse who is a trained physio so understands anatomy and tension points. This is not a relaxing massage but have left feeling so much better and without my severe neck pain I arrived with. Prices are competitive but are well worth it for the experience. Upon paying, I was also given a little goodie bag to take home which includes some Epsom salts. Overall such a seamless and enjoyable experience - I would return and bring others!

I've been going here for some 20 years for Deep Tissue massage initially trying to find some relief for long standing back and hip pain. The treatments and advice received have been incredible and help me get back to a fully active life over a period of 6-9 months. Since then I've continued regular treatments for preventative reasons as play many sports but also have a desk job. I've now realized that prevention is better than cure and advocate this to all friends and family. In addition I find the treatments provide mentally relaxing and feel physically great after them. I cant say enough about how nice a place Koia is to visit and deal with. The place is run super professionally has a great feel about it. We are going to Koia for a couple massage almost every month and always satisfied with the service. The place is very clean and spacious. They always have a light scent candles and fresh flowers at the reception. You will be offered some tea at the beginning and at the end of the section. Nice atmosphere in general, I believe the owner is really looking after that place. Recently, my wife went for 60 minutes pregnancy massage with Emilia. We actually booked 3 days in a raw, and it was amazing. The best massage in the town. She was so relaxed after, highly recommended.

I tried Koia a couple of weeks ago and i was very positively surprised. So surprised that I had to write my first google review! First of all the SPA is very well run: beautiful, clean and very professional. The quality of treatments is very high and consistent across all therapists (i tried 3 so far) which is highly unusual for this kind of price point. I tried multiple day spas incl. Bulgari , 4 Seasons, Corinthia, etc and Koia wins on treatments any day. Can only recommend it!

Fernando was absolutely spot on what I needed with my injured neck. He listened carefully and as a physio he was able to explain and justify exactly why my injury was over-stretched muscle related (rather than injured neck bones that I had been anxious about). He then worked methodically to pinpoint and soften all of the painful muscles, moving my head around stretching my neck with clever wrapping and pulling of towels. Finally giving me a concise and precise lesson on how to look after my neck in the next day or so as it fully heals. I couldn’t be more grateful as I look forward to a full nights sleep.

I've had wonderful massage treatments over the last 4-5 years, and at different points in time have been going for waxing treatments as well. I go regularly for manicures and pedicures with Adela, who is exceptional at what she does. Apart from her unique attention to detail and her care on matching nail shape and colour to each client's characteristics and preferences, she is also a joy to be around and her work ethic is second to none. The fresh flowers every week and the willingness of the reception staff to accommodate regular clients, top off an overall very pleasant experience.

I regularly visit for massage and would highly recommend Koia. The space is contemporary, peaceful and attractive and I like the massage rooms outside in the courtyard at the back which feel like you're not in London any more. I've been working with Piotr on a shoulder issue and have been really impressed by the effectiveness of the treatments. I've been been in pain for months and after 2 sessions I'm pretty much fully better. Every session is tailored to what I need and he really listens and adapts the treatment each time. His style is smooth and therapeutic but he has been one of the only massage therapists with the strength and technique required to really help my body to heal and feel incredibly relaxed after. I used to only see female massage therapists but I'd never go back now as on a practical level, men are stronger and can apply greater pressure and I feel completely at ease as he is very respectful. There’s a reason i have been visiting Koia for the best part of 4 years and that’s down to the professionalism, excellent communication and superb service and treatments i receive. Every time I arrive I am greeted by name, and shown to the waiting area where guests are offered a healthy drink (the goji berry tea is so good i have a bag at home). I have visited for an array of treatments, waxing, facials (i recommend purify or vitamin C), mani pedis and last but absolutely by means least; Massage! Sinan is an excellent masseuse. I had a sports massage which is the best I have ever had. He was incredibly thorough and worked the body evenly, warming the muscles up to really be able work into them. Sympathetic with great guidance through the pain that is essential! Cannot rate enough! The place looks lovely and massage treatments are very good. However I find the beauty treatments only average quality, over-priced and staff knowledge is poor. You can go to the best place in London for a similar price. Another thing is that customer service is terrible; they operate on a 'customer is always wrong' policy, if they respond at all. After every treatment you are invited to rate them for an online review, however if you post anything remotely negative they will not display it. A quality salon would not adopt this approach.

I have been going for massage and facial very regularly at Zen Spa. Place is nice and clean. Facial is good. Massage wasn't the best I have experienced but it is acceptable. Staffs are always very friendly. I thought I have found a little heaven to relax. However, the owner who sits behind the reception is rude to her staffs. Recently they cancelled my appointment at the last minute, spoke to the owner and she doesn't seems to care. It is very disappointing. It could have been a good Spa.

Specials every month..The rooms are very clean and they also have really good skincare products like skin ceuticals and the Geodess candles. They also serve up the best herbal chinese tea in the waiting room that’s full of antioxidants. For massages Ask for Maria or Annishka.. facials Abby. I almost don’t want to post this cause they are already really busy everytime I go to book! Customer service is awesome too.. I had to end a 90 minute massage early due to an emergency with my daughter and they only charged me for a one hour massage.

The service has always been excellent, from booking appointments (you get a text message to confirm the day and time, incase you forget) to the staff at reception. Today I had the most amazing and best experience when they told my masseuse was going to be a man! I was slightly unsure but took them up on it as I really needed a good strong deep tissue massage after a week of working in high heels and cardio in the gym. I have to say I was not disappointed one bit, my masseuse, Lavrentios, was just excellent and he is also a physiotherapist. I did not feel uncomfortable in the slightest with a man for masseuse, and he beat every single masseuse I ever had before! Koia, you are going to see me more often than you already do. Thank you!

If you book a massage ask for Lavrentios! I have no doubt that all the masseurs at Koia practice to a very high standard, but Lavrentios is a trained physio, has a natural gift for his work and really knows his stuff. I think women can be reluctant to book massage treatments with male therapists but I assure you there is no need for any doubts here. As a woman I am more accustomed to being massaged by a female therapist, but from now on I will not discriminate!
