This is an excellent service and the laundry is always done well (I use for dry cleaning). The availability varies on location. More central locations have a quicker turn around. I had a few problems with the app last time and struggled to get it to work for some reason but hopefully this was a one off. This is on the expensive side for dry cleaning but not majorly and I am happy to pay the premium so I don’t have to drop off and collect. A great idea and will continue to use!

Laundrapp always clean your sheets and linen well. They even find things that are lost and get them back to you toute suite. They let you know if the driver has broken down and can't make it and will reschedule the delivery for your convenience.

There was a tear in one of my laundered items upon return (a mattress protector), otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Sophie, the customer agent who dealt with the issue was fantastic. Hence she deserves 5 stars but the service provider a generous 4. Communication, through live chat, was simple, efficient and dealt with quickly. .

Always always best service I have nothing but praise for the laundry always helpful and items treated beautifully. However, twice now i have been let down by your app. It takes the order and then doesn't recognise it leaving the customer without a collection or the date is wrong etc. The other issue is with your customer service. After 4 years of using your app to be told it was my error when i know it wasnt is not good customer service. I had my collection booked i had an order number for the date and time i asked for. And when the colldction didnt happen, your customer service lady said i did not have a booking. yet i got a reward from you the morning of the booking for using your service. A quick apology would have been a better response. Luckily the laundry got to me later in the day and they did apologise, and they got my laundry back on the day i wanted it returned. If something goes wrong just apologise it would be appreciated and your app needs looking at.

This is the first time I have used this service and everything worked smoothly. The app kept me informed of expected delivery times both ways and my suits have been returned immaculately cleaned. One suit was quite badly stained and this came back with just one small stain remaining.

I've used Laundrapp a couple of times now for wash and fold, and I plan on using them again. My clothes were cleaned to a high standard and they were folded well. Any issues were dealt with promptly. My second order drop-off was delayed by a day, but Laundrapp apologised for this and gave me a 25% off voucher for my next order. It wasn't a big deal in this instance - I wasn't in a hurry - though if I need things cleaned fast in future I might use a different service which emphasises speed. I'd like to single out the man who did my drop-off, Micah - he was very polite and friendly. Laundrapp say that if agents are praised in reviews then they receive bonuses - I hope this will be the case!

Laundrapp had one of their drivers call in sick which meant my suit was going to be delayed for a day. I called up explaining that I had a wedding to attend and it was not going to suffice. A pleasant gentlemen called Salah ensured me that my suit would be delivered by taxi. My suit got dropped off a few hours later and I was refunded £10 for the inconvenience. Someone give Salah a promotion, if It wasn't for him I would be slating this company and be changing our companies supplier for dry cleaning services.
