I would thoroughly recommend London Shared to anyone who is looking to move to London for the first time, or already in London who is looking for a high standard, professionally managed property. Since moving back in August last year, notably Saba Shamim and her team have provided great service and interaction with me and the house. I never write reviews but just absolutely had to for the specific reason that London shared feels like the fairy godmother I have always wanted but never had! No issue is too small and everything is dealt with quickly within a couple of hours, when I come from a background where I'd usually be okay waiting for things to be resolved within a couple of weeks. A special shout out to Adam and Amy for always taking the time to respond quickly and come out to help (even if it is to teach me how to turn the heating on, oops!!). I was so nervous doing the big London move and not knowing what agency to trust. I can safely say a couple weeks in and I have made the best decision to go with London Shared; your property manager calls you after you sign your contract to go through everything and you feel so safe and informed in their hands. Even their sales reps are great (shout out to Ema). Really happy with my choice and cannot recommend enough!

Can't fault the experience with London Shared looking for a new place to live. In the current London market I had found it next to impossible to find a property I liked with other tenants that I would like to live with. Patrick at London shared was able to make multiple viewings in one day so I had a choice. The properties were nicer and cleaner than any of the others I had seen and the tenants seemed to be well vetted and decent people. So after all the difficulties of a 3month search they fixed it in an afternoon. Cheers, Guys. Hope my experience living there will match up, sure it will.

REVIEW FOR 96 PARK HILL - CLAPHAM *UPDATE After experiencing various issues during the middle of my tenancy with London Shared, and expressing our frustrations, our new letting agent Donne has worked very hard to make amends. She has been incredibly responsive and she has a warm and calming presence which was very well received during the height the chaos! While there still remains some things to be fixed/completed for the house, we are all grateful for the open lines of communication and responsiveness from Donne regarding all matters. Although I will be leaving in a few months, I have enjoyed living at Park Hill for the most part and I have made some life-long friends here.

I must say that I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so after receiving exceptional service from London Shared and in particular Zahraa Gradidge . Due to an acute illness and lengthy hospital admission I had to break the tenancy agreement very early. Zahraa was so understanding and also super efficient keeping in contact throughout , explaining what would happen that gave me peace of mind at a difficult time - thank you !

Great and friendly service! Patrick was really helpful and understanding in this chaotic times, he was really responsive and solution-oriented through the renting process. Update (21.04.2021): They arranged me a beautiful room for my short stay with them and I had a great time with the house and other the people staying there. London Shared was always (not just in the day time or week days) really professional and responsive. Also in my experience they were respectful towards my privacy and personal space which you won't mostly find in a shared household. Lize (the manager of the specific building I was staying) was a real hero and she was one of the friendliest and solution oriented people that I ever know. Probably one of the best estate agents out there for young people in house shares. Sorted everything quickly at the start, Sam was very responsive to any maintenance issues and refunded my deposit quickly at the end. The way they prorate rent means you could get stung for another £20 or so at the end, even though this isn't written in the contract, but it's made up for by the rest of the service. Would highly recommend!

In previous places I've been, I've always found the relevant agency very stingy when it comes to addressing issues, like trying to draw blood from a stone. This was not the case at all with Sam and London Shared. The property is well located and in good condition. My room is exactly as per described and shown in the video tour. Most recently the boiler stopped working (in the middle of winter!), I reported the incident and it was addressed within a matter of ours – thanks Adam for fixing it!

The handyman Kiri repairs and fixes all types of problems in the house whether it's repairing the washing machine to replacing light bulbs. I thought it would be hard to find somewhere I felt comfortable but found a lovely room with a television and a sofa, and always felt at home here. Can’t rate the room enough, it was gorgeous modern and had everything I needed. My tenancy has just ended and Saba was exceptionally good with giving me the information I needed and helping me sort getting back my deposit which has been an exceptionally fast process! The current climate with Covid-19 has really created some difficulties for me having to leave my previous accommodation with very short notice and having job uncertainty. London Shared were able to offer me a great place to stay for a short period until I could get everything in order. Olivia gets 5 STARS!!she was amazing! Super helpful and friendly! She was a big factor in me choosing the house just because i loved her vibe! She is the perfect mix of professional and friendly on a personal level. The house itself gets 4 stars. It's STUNNING! But... there have been a fair few problems such as lights tripping, the oven etc. I would say the management team are fairly swift with dealing with MOST problems even if they are not the friendliest in their correspondence. I would say check EVERY detail before signing as i have come across things i didn't expect AFTER i signed my contract such as not being able to lock my door! or have my windows open with no real solutions been given as of yet. It is always fairly expensive to rent and for the price i expect top facilities such as a washer dryer which was not provided. So check these things before... All in all a big Thanks to Olivia!! Shes by far the best and i implore London Shared to make the rest of their staff just as friendly as she is because it would make a big difference to the overall Shared experience.

Very easy to work with compared to other leasing agencies I've been through. The staff are friendly and responsive. Most issues were responded to quickly and effectively. When we did have a problem with a recurring contractor that was favoured by the landlord, they took our feedback and we did not see him again. They made an effort to bring in new housemates that would mesh well with the current tenants. I made a lot of close friends through out my time in the flat. I lived in their property for more than 6 months (moved out for personal reasons), and they were always so responsive whenever we had any issues. They would resolve any issues in very professional and quick manner. And most importantly, after renting with London shared, I found its very hard to find the rooms of the same quality. The rooms can be priced slightly higher, but you get what you pay. I enjoyed sharing the house with young professionals, cooking dinner together in our open plan kitchen, having movie nights in our comfy lounge area and having summer drinks in our outside garden area. Overall great experience. and I highly recommend London Shared if you are after high quality rooms that are professionally managed.
