I had the most terrible back pain and I just had people saying “you are too young for back pain, don’t worry it will go away.” I am glad I decided to chose London Wellness Centre for Chiropractic treatment. After two weeks I felt complete relief and more freedom of movement, and after a month my posture improved greatly. 1st timer Magical is how I would describe my experience with London wellness centre. In 2008 I fell down a flight of stairs and suffered with lower back pain for 10 years with multiple GP visits. In October 2018 I put my back out while on holiday . My partner had enough of seeing me in constant pain and booked an appointment without my knowledge as I had always been apprehensive about visiting a chiropractor. It was a decision I will always thank her for. My treatment started on 7 November 2018 with Anthony. I was unable to sit, stand, walk or lie down for long periods without developing numbness or pain. 3 months on, I am able to walk quicker, stand & sit for longer and carry out all daily tasks without being laid up in bed afterwards. Anthony set out a plan for the pain relief result I wanted. The manipulation of the spine alongside acupuncture and an exercise plan have freed me from the debilitating pain I was suffering from. If anybody is thinking about visiting a chiropractor I will highly recommend visiting London Wellness Centre. There are no hidden extras, all costs are transparent. I am a convert 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I have to say when I first heard about chiropractic care I really did not know what to expect. YouTube made it look terrifying and overall I was in agony in all parts of my body and I feared It would be aggravated . As I have always suffered on and off from a younger age the last year had been the worst as it started to become more noticeable in my everyday life and I felt the effects more as the days went on. It was affecting me a lot mentally. BUT ,I’ll tell you this for free. Concurring my fears and walking into the wellness centre may just be one of the best things I have done. It’s not only the amazing Dr treating you but it’s also educating you about your body. Dr Anthony taught me a lot about how the mind and body interact in various ways and helped me come up with an amazing diet and exercise plan. Not to mention the extra caution and support due to my hyper mobility. Since being treated I have never felt so good I have more energy. As a chef I am on my feet for hours on end but these past few weeks after going to get treated 3x per week I can not begin to even tell you the improvement of my overall physical and mental state. I have been in pain for as long as I could remember and nothing the GP did or investigated ever came back with results that would be beneficial to me in any way. I was then recommended by a friend to try LWC Canary Wharf and warned me to be patient! During the first consultation I knew straight away that I had made the right decision - I had been suffering from lower back pain for a long time; pins and needles; any excess in movement was painful the list goes on... I started seeing Anthony late July and over a period of 6 weeks alone, the rest have been indescribable!! He has worked wonders, my pain is so limited now; from being in constant pain to maybe an episode once or twice a week at most! I have been able to get back into the gym! It really is a WELLNESS centre, because they take care of your inner wellbeing as well working with you on your symptoms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Staff are ever so friendly and approachable. The centre oozes sophistication, cleanliness and great professional courtesy both to colleagues and customers :)

I am not one to post reviews but I had to for the London Wellness centre! Holly (who has sadly left now) had been treating me since September for chronic back pain I have been having since a young age... and boy treatment has helped! I am so glad I found her and the team. She is great at what she does, very friendly and kind. I have been treated by Ben and Edward aswell when Holly was off and they were also just great! So kind, funny and really patient with any questions you have (I ask a lot lol). They make you feel at ease and you just feel like a new person every time! I am now being treated by Victoria who is also just great. Really lovely, friendly. I have enjoyed myself throughout my time at the London Wellness centre! Shout out to the massage team too!!!

I have been visiting The London Wellness centre for over three years now. Not only in that time have Joanna and Oliver transformed the centre but their range of wellness treatments has really made it a one stop shop for me. Joanna is an exceptional chiropractor taking a personal interest in all her clients to ensure that they make progress with their rehabilitation. The supporting rehab massage therapy is great in house as Joanna ensures that the rehab therapists are briefed on areas of concern and focus so that the appointment is most beneficial. The team that Oliver and Joanna have brought onboard all share the philosophy in the Wellness centre and so no matter who you see you know you are in great hands.

No words can describe the impact a few visits had on my life. I have visited wellness clinic for a lower back and joints pain. After thorough interview doctor Anthony has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He has guided me through a life style changes - starting from my diet, which had caused joint inflammation through consumption of gluten and sugar. Advising on right set of food supplements and vitamins, which had cleared my head and improved my mood and anxiety attacks. Symptoms of IBS had been elevated, I feel 10 years younger and I am full of energy. I can strongly recommend this clinic to everyone as it will bring positive change to their well-being.

Miracle worker! I met Olly after having had severe neck, shoulder and back pain.This had been an ongoing issue resulting from work stress and spending long hours at a desk. After the consolation it was clear that there was some work to do around my posture, shallow anxious breathing and neck tension, but I booked in my treatments and after 4 consultations I felt a word of difference. Doctors know best! That was three months ago, and I have to say it had changed everything, anytime I've had any sort of "weird, strange" pain in my body, one adjustment with Olly leaves me feeling instantly better. It's amazing. His knowledge of the body and movement, the inter-twined nature of healing, and how to live a healthy life are only surpassed by his wonderful smile and jovial spirit. Everyone in the office is super friendly and the clinics are conveniently located. Not only that but they also offer nutrition and beauty treatments which means it's my one stop shop for me-time. Pro-tip: make an appointment, as it tends to be busy.

I saw Ingvild when I was pregnant. She is very nice and you can see she knows what she is talking about. She helped me with my sciatica, now she is helping me recovering from childbirth. The sessions hurt, I won't lie but you will feel better after 6-8 sessions. Not cheap but worth it. And if you take 6 or 12 session package you get free massage and you can double up with a loyalty card (after 10 sessions you get a free massage). I haven't used it yet but will do soon!

I've been visiting the centre for a few years now. Love this place. Everyone there is super knowledgable and nice, and they really work together. The approach is holistic, which sets the centre different from other clinics. They helped fixing my various problems that no one could for years and years. Now I still go regularly for preventative measures, or to fix minor discomfort before it gets to real pain. With their help, I feel much healthier and balanced both mind and body.

If you haven't had a massage from Pete Mavromatis, you haven't lived. Not only can he remove tiredness and feelings of exhaustion, he can also give you the full works with his deep issue, fully body massage. He will vary his technique to suit your needs (from gentle to full pressure) and his speciality is getting rid of muscle knots, even those you didn't know you had! Having had massage in many parts of the world, Pete is the best!

I saw Holly with a really painful back on one side plus problems with my left shoulder after a fracture 2 years ago. Great overall experience. Very professional staff and friendly environment. I never really believed in "alternative methods" when it came down to fix something in the body. In the past few years my lower back was going from stiff to sore and painful and locked. This was gradually getting worse and started effecting my lifestyle. By the time I had difficulties to even put my socks on, having stabbing pain while sneezing my wife referred me to Dr. Anthony Putrus- Schnell..."The American". My consultation was already an eye opening experience as I understood that a totally different approach was needed. Anthony explained everything to me the main concept of what happened to me and how he could help. And I was amazed. I'm halfway through with my treatment but already have huge improvement. I can move more fluidly, I'm not in pain all the time, even my gut function improved just by fixing my back! There are no miracles of course I have to put some work in it on top of my treatments but investing time and money for a pain free body is always worth. Some days now I feel I have my new old body back, some days my body just feels weightless again. I'm glad I found the Clinic it is really about improving the quality of life. Also I have to mention the helpful and professional reception staff do a great, efficient job. Keep up your momentum guys!

After suffering severe neck and shoulder pain over Xmas and being told by doctors it was a “muscle spasm” and to take paracetamol (and still feeling no relief after a week) I decided to consult a chiropractor on the advice of a co-worker. The thought had never crossed my mind before and I’m so glad I did. After searching for a reputable place to go, I found great reviews for the London Wellness Centre in Canary Wharf online and booked in a consultation with Anthony. I am now a month into treatment and am pleased to say the progress has been nothing short of amazing! The pain I was experiencing is now almost non existent and it’s such a relief to be able to go about my day without the limitations I was feeling prior to treatment. Anthony takes the time to listen to your concerns, always explains procedures in detail and is friendly and passionate about what he does. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. The reception staff are also very welcoming and efficient. All in all, a fantastic establishment with professional and friendly staff.

I have been getting chiropractic treatments at The Wellness Centre from the time they opened and have been attending Joanna's treatments for many years. Backed up by a professional and welcoming staff, my wife and I rely on the monthly maintenance that we enjoy there. It enables us to enjoy all of our activities free of pain. We have also used some of the other treatments they offer such as massage and podiatry. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need treatment, you will never consider anywhere else!
