I am a regular at Menana Spa, it is always a fantastic experience each time I visit and her services are next to non.... Menana takes her time scrubbing, massaging and leaving your skin feeling soft and clean.... I highly recommend her. (No regrets)

Amazing hammam - a really lovely experience and a brilliant massage. This is a great treat - I had thehammam steam and scrub followed by a 90 minute massage and felt like a new woman afterwards. The staff are brilliant, a great friendly atmosphere, beautiful luxurious space. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Pros: the place is clean and smells nice. Good location for Chiswick residents. Relaxing music. Cons: poor customer service. The lady in the hammam rubbed my bikini with a glove and basically ruined it. They don't have professional massage beds. The back massage left me with aching muscles. There are no changing rooms and no lockers available, I had to store my stuff in a plastic basket on the floor. They didn't offer me a hair dryer at the end of the treatment, so I ended up walking home with my hair still wet.

Went here for a New Years treat with my mum, same as a couple of years ago. We booked a hammam treatment 70 mins and were warmly welcomed, remembered from before by the lovely owner and taken into the little treatment area. NB it’s all underground and the hot room is pretty small so not great for people with space issues - especially with 2 therapists in there with you. But we loved it and they were very respectful, gave us little boxes for our things and took care with water temp etc. The decor is amazing too, beautiful tiles and scented candles it. The hammam is basically wet hot room, soap soak, optional hair wash (Mum thought this wasn’t great last time as we have serious hair so we opted out), scrub with gloves and a lot of rinsing, then an oil massage for about 15 mins after. They have 2 rooms for the massage bit and the owner Menana is better on the scrub & massage than her other lady. I recommend telling her to be firmer if you need! She’s also a bit shyer with English too so I wasn’t always clear which way to turn etc. but very friendly! We came out relaxed, clean and feeling fab. We love this independent local business and will likely be going back for years to come. Thank you Menana!

Great hamam. Exactly the same way they do it in Morocco, my body was exfoliated carefully, so much dead skin came out. Hamam was clean, staff was friendly and gave me a dryer to dry my hair afterwards. I am definitely going to be a regular customer here!

Menana's hands are healing ,it was very relaxing. The Hamam was really a good experience for me, all the dead skin came out of me,it was very embarrassing 🙈🙈🙈. Fabulous! This is a Moroccan Hammam, so slightly different from the Turkish variant and an absolutely perfect thing to do on a cold winter's day! Nadia gave me an extremely good and thorough scrub, during which I shed embarrassing amounts of dead skin, followed by a firm body massage with shea butter and I'm now as smooth as smooth can be - wonderful, thank you!!
