G. W.This is a good shop. I telephoned to order a book and they, in turn, let me know when it arrived etc. When I went to collect it, I looked at, and purchased some other music. The staff were reasonably pleasant and helpful. They did not have a couple of volumes of Beethoven Sonatas which I was interested in, but I was, nevertheless, pleased with what I did buy. When I was paying for my books at the till, another customer came along and butted in to make some query. I was slightly put out at having my transaction interrupted. The attended did answer the indivdual which is natural, and even though it did not take up much time, I feel that they always should finish with one customer before attending to anyone else. All in all, I do like the shop and will continue to do business there.
N. A. B. F.The staff here are an asset to the music world and Musicroom. Wide and deep knowledge of available and published works and always very keen to help. Really get to know their regular customers and take care of them. Of all the shops in the area and one of the other major music stores off Oxford Street, this is where I prefer to go get all my physical scores. And if you need a score, and it's available in the world, they'll get it for you. Brilliant.
