Wow! Joke has magic hands!! Her setup is clean and well sanitised which was something I was anxious about due to COVID-19. But she put me at ease immediately. I went in with an extremely painful knee that I couldn’t weight bare on. Joke reviewed me and asked me lots of questions. She was professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. I knew instantaneously that I was in the right hands. My knee felt immediately better once our session was over. I could bend it more and walking was instantly not so painful! She also gave me exercises/stretches to do at home. Money well spent and I will be coming regularly!! Thank you Joke!! Forever grateful.

Rick is an excellent osteopath who relieved my neck and back issues after a couple of sessions and resolved them after a few weeks. I have only been to see Rick once so far, and he has already worked wonders on my injury! It was my first ever osteo appointment, and Rick kindly took the time to explain to me the osteopathic practice. I've been having serious problems with my disk (disk protrusion) after a sports related injury that left me unable to play my favourite sport and generally feel a bit disabled at 33. A couple of weeks ago, I moved house and was carrying a lot of heavy boxes, which aggravated my injury and left me unable to get out of bed, tie my shoe laces and generally unable to carry on with day to day tasks. I went to a masseur who tried helping me out but immediately recognised that I needed professional help. He recommended Rick (Osteopathy East) to me and I booked an appointment as soon as possible. My first appointment with Rick was last week and this week I already feel significantly better. The entire experience has left me with the feeling that I should have sought his help 2 years ago when I first injured myself. Better late than never. What I like about Rick is that he made me feel very comfortable (I had never been to an osteopath before and didn't know what to expect) and before our first session he spent a long time asking me very relevant questions and examining me trying to understand as much as possible about my injury and both the physical and mental pain that it has caused me. He's also a highly intelligent and soft spoken person, which also helped me feel that I'm in safe hands (pun intended). Moreover, Rick didn't give me any false promises but at the same time managed to instil a sense of hope that I could one day go back to playing my favourite sport. Even if that never happens, the fact that I can now go back to my daily life without being in pain all the time is also completely worth it. I would highly recommend his services to anyone! Rick of Osteopathy East is frankly the best osteopath I have visited. The surroundings are great and Rick is very good company...but most of all each time I have gone with a specific problem be it withstiff hip joints, RSI and Lymph Drainage and his work has always alleviated the symptoms and problems. This is quite a late review a couple of months back I somehow managed to pull my back out which left me with very little movement and constant back spasms. One of my lower discs had slightly moved and around the area all my muscles spasmed or locked which was really difficult to realise, after 3 times with Rick I was back to normal.
