However the table arrived damaged and I did have to keep contacting them to get a replacement. Overall I would order from them again, although I'd check everything carefully on delivery.Thanks to customer supporter team for their help.
j. c.I ordered a storage cabinet for our bed room few weeks back from this website. The cabinet was delivered before time and the quality turned out to be excellent for the price I paid. Delivery was hassle free and in pristine condition.
t. m.purchased a garden furniture set and cover. Got two delivery slots but only the furniture arrived. delivery team asked me twice if I wanted the furniture assembled despite me already paying for the service. They had no idea where the cover was and offered no help in locating it. As they outsource deliveries to another company, I had to chase both this company and the delivery company five times to get info on cover whereabouts. Neither could tell me. After 12 days it turned up but I had no notification that it was being delivered. Overall an average experience and customer service is just someone who answers the phone but does not know anything.

A. P.If you need a quick turnaround between order and delivery Out & Out might not be the furniture retailer for you. I pre-ordered the Easton Bench Dining Set on May 22nd and got it delivered on July 20th. Between ordering and delivery I received three proactive message from their customer service team informing me on the status of my order. When contacted, their customer service team was speedy and helpful. Special thanks to Apryl for dealing with my questions and requests so professionally.
Was the end product worth the three month wait? Yes.
The Easton Bench Set is sturdy and good value for money considering the alternatives from larger retailers like Habitat and Made. The table and two benches cost £299.00 not including VAT. The delivery charge was an additional £29.99. I originally added the Assembly option for £49.95 which included full assembly on site but due to COVID it was refunded within 12 hours of my request.
The Easton set comes in three flat packs weighing between 15 to 25 kilos each. The packaging was incredibly professional although not environment friendly (lots of styrofoam). Assembling the table and two benches took me twenty minutes. No nails or screwdriver needed as two Allen keys are included together with the bolts and screws. What I like about the set is the abililty to replace the counter tops if needed.
Would I order from Out & Out again? Yes, if I do not need a quick turnaround on my order. Would I recommend Out & Out? Yes.
H. H.Bought the Santorini Lounge set with side cushions in Grey. Had regular comms from the time of order, to the time of delivery which was great. Sofa set looks v stylish and supercomfy. Easy to move around the patio to follow the sun. Bella the cockapoo approves!

Furdeco the delivery company loaded the wrong item. They rearranged and I had to take yet more time off. Neither company would entertain the idea of refunding the delivery cost as a token gesture for messing me around.

They did however miss a part of the order and once I emailed, a second delivery dispatch date was given for the parasol to be delivered. Customer service is non existent by phone, however it seems they do respond, (not reply) to emails and take action. I believe they have changed their delivery company and so that has made a difference. I would order from them again. Just waiting for the weather to turn nice so I can place the furniture outside.

I had emails every two weeks to keep me up to date, on the 7th week had an email to say it was at the distribution company. It was delivered on the Friday

B. J.I want to start with the positive which is, the furniture is beautiful. Excellent quality, very stylish and well made. However, the customer service needs improvement. No contact on my delivery being delayed, Order 13th May, arrived 19th July. Apparently there was an email sent, but I couldn't find it. However on a plus side they did reimburse me 10% because of the delay.
W. C.Recently ordered the Dove dining table set for £399 which came promptly at 4 weeks as mentioned at point of purchase. The table seems chic, well built and sturdy, fitted our space and newly redone kitchen. However, the Dove chair was too big for our space and looked slightly mismatched for the size of the table so decided to keep table and return the chairs. It also had a bit of plastic on its feet which was too slidey for our laminate floor , otherwise the chairs were fine and sturdy.
Emailed OutandOut support and Miles got in touch literally instantaneously. Had purchased the set for £399 and agreed refund of £230 for the 4 chairs with the return delivery charge waived. Really efficient service from Miles during these times. I would be happy to purchase from them again in future.

Firstly the communication was great, delivery was prompt(10 days including the weekend) and the product is excellent. I purchased the Chesterton corner sofa which came in flat pack form but was very straight forward to assemble. It has been admired by friends who I have since. Recommended the company and wouldn’t hesitate to order from again.

I'm taking off one star because when I needed to reschedule delivery the courier company was an absolute pain to get hold of, but Out&out themselves were very helpful and friendly. I got 8 good looking chairs that seem sturdy and well made for a really good price, and delivered quickly. I'm happy.

Delivery was very efficient and you were given a three hour window but the guys messaged on the day with a very accurate delivery time. Great product and service!

S. S.I bought a California 5 seater garden set in the Out and Out sale last Autumn and am very pleased with it. (The low table had been damaged in transit but was quickly replaced). When the first warm weather arrived I got it all out of storage and put it outside, but then realised that the zip on one of the back cushions was faulty. Again this was quickly replaced, even though more than 6 months had elapsed since my purchase in October. So ten out of ten for excellent customer service, and I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from Out and Out, knowing that should there be any problems, they will be speedily rectified.

M. M.Wow, what a strange company! Purchased two sofas and paid via PayPal. Received no confirmation email or communication at all. Tried to call on more than one occasion; once was just cut off after a few rings and the second time "the number you have dialled has not been...." Left it a few days. Nothing. Opened a case on PayPal and within five minutes received a call from Out and Out saying they were looking to deliver in two days. I was sent a text with a link to follow the delivery vehicle in real time - handy - and given a courtesy call 30mins before arrival. Sofas arrive in huge cardboard boxes that were covered in bird droppings! Fortunately, opened the boxes and the sofas were fine, well wrapped. Think I may have had a lucky escape, judging by the majority of other comments here. I'd like to add that Out and Out's communication is poor; an odd way to run a company, but the delivery lads were great, really courteous and helpful.

M.I ordered some Rattan furniture as advertised in Gardeners World. I have received to date regular updates and responses to my queries. I have unfortunately had to cancel my order and notified the company. So awaiting response. Cannot comment on product but so far service response good.
