I visited Daren at Posture Dynamics after having been to too many specialists and consultants about my knees without any results. Daren is professional, super knowledgeable and experienced, but above all he genuinely cares about finding solutions and helping his clients. He takes the time to listen and understand the situation taking a holistic approach. My knees have never felt better thanks to Daren. I have had osteopathic treatment from Daren at Posture Dynamics for around 10 years and it has always been excellent. Whatever the problem (back, neck, hips, ribs, shoulder) he identifies it immediately and I leave feeling so much better. It is very easy to book appointments online, including early morning and evening. Daren also did an excellent job of treating me throughout my recent pregnancy which helped me to stay active and comfortable the whole way through.

I have searched through quite a few Osteopaths in England and I would be lucky if I could negotiate more than 5-20 minutes of the Cranio - Sacral method beyond the movement of the fluid in and around the spinal cord. This is almost a total miss when coming to address structural problems with Cranio - Sacral. I have also searched through some in the United States/ Canada and France where I believe the education for this is more thorough and taken more seriously. But then .. there is actual giftedness. No one has ever matched to what I have experienced Camilla do. Between an innate dedication of healing and understanding of the geometry used in this method she goes with the patient’s body’s needs to address the problem rather than cutting off when the money for the session has run out. She is so profoundly effective, professional, just a good person and nice to deal with. All in all - Best treatment ever!
