I often have my nails done at Quan Spa with Mara. She is a very perfectionist and does an amazing job. I'm Brazilian and having beautiful nails is a big deal for us. I can't recommend her enough.

As someone who regularly gets manicures and pedicures here, I would have previously said 5 stars; but my last two appointments were so disappointing that it’s made me second guess the quality. What I value most is a nail treatment that doesn’t damage my nails, looks professional, and lasts. I normally go on the weekends to get my nails done but the past two times I needed to do during the week. I have found that the ladies on the weekend are a much higher caliber. They do a very good job of making sure the nails are professionally done, being very careful to make sure the gel polish is applied carefully and nicely. They treat my nails carefully and the mani/pedi always lasts at least 2 weeks (shellac). They do a very good massage, mask, and exfoliant. But during the week, they are always running 20-30 minutes late, the techs skimp on the service, they are very distracted by chatting with each other or other customers, and the polish job is so poor, I could easily do a better job myself. The gel polish chips very quickly, they file my nails and buff them roughly so it hurts, and I am left wondering how the service could be so drastically different. Now, I only recommend going on the weekend.

Love this spa which has become my go-to for the Guinot Hydradermie facial. I was struggling to find a good practitioner in a comfortable, clean place and Joanna is fantastic. I’m now a regular and always look forward to my next visit.

An excellent massage! Very thorough on legs and back which is where I wanted the focus. It was a very firm massage which is what I needed - so if you want a relaxing massage then you need to ask for that. I will go back!

This is my second post after the one below - this time I had a very calming , healing Acupuncture and Cupping session with Dr Wang- he is very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my health issues before administering the treatment - I came out rejuvenated. The saloon staff are professional and yet warm and welcoming, it’s a pleasure to visit time and again , never fails to relax and recharge me ! PREVIOUS POST Time and again Quan Spa draws me back , despite moving away from the area . Calm inviting atmosphere, very CoVid aware and efficient, excellent standard of service for both Spa and Acupuncture treatments . I’m just so glad that they are open for treatments again ! Shradha

I went to Quan spa two days ago as I had a lot of pain and tensions in my back and thought a massage might help. I had an hour massage with Eve, a Thai therapist who told me she would do a combination of Thai massage and Deep tissue to relax my muscles and undo my knots. She was amazing, knew exactly what my body needed. I came out of the room feeling relaxed and my back was much better, my neck unblocked. The place is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and would recommend this spa to anyone who needs a good massage.

Great beauty salon with a very attentive and friendly customer service. The lady at the reception is very professional and efficient. She managed my appointments, changed them when was needed, prepared a nice tea for me on arrival. I had laser hair removal done and was very happy with how the procedure was carried out. The beautician asked me the right questions and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout. I also had manicure and pedicure done which I am happy with. I will certainly come back again and again :)

I go here for acupuncture and I really enjoy my sessions with Dr. Wang. I come out feeling relaxed and ready for what's ahead of me. I went for a specific reason and he has helped me through it. He goes over and beyond and attempts to suggest what food to eat also. The receptionist is truly lovely and welcoming too.

Very often I have massage with a Spanish lady Diana . She is a great massage therapist .I love this place and became an instant regular!

Their laser machine for hair removal is great! I had my upper lip and my arms done and I am more than happy with the results. A therapist called May did the treatment for me and I felt very safe with her. From the very first session you can see how some of your hair starts to fall, it's amazing :) Now I don't need waxing anymore, it was a good investment!

Always friendly, fast and do a great job. I’ve had mainly mani/pedi but also facial and back treatments, all high standard, yet to try a massage but I hear they are very good also. I had special occasion makeup on a couple of occasions, the base was flawless but they were VERY heavy on the mascara which clumped a great deal so I had to take it off later and do the eyes again myself - if I were to have again I would do my own mascara. Otherwise highly recommend.

I visited Quan Spa for the first time last week for a little birthday treat and had a 5-star experience! I had a Shellac Manicure, Pedicure and Deep-cleanse Facial, and received such a warm welcome from the two nail technicians and beauty therapist. The nail technician even mended my cracked fingernail that was in serious need of tlc after 2 months of acrylics. I highly recommend the Spa and will definitely be back again!

A lovely little spa with friendly staff and a good range of treatments. A very light, clean and airy space with plenty of treatment rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. Treatments include manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, hair removal, body scrubs etc. They book up quickly so make sure you call them to book in advance - if you just drop in you're likely to be disappointed, especially at the weekend. I've had a couple of treatments here and will definitely be returning again in the future.

Thank you Jessie! Surprisingly pleasant and relaxing, even though a little painful which made sure I am doing good to myself. Jessie was very pleasant and polite masseuse, we had little small talk which was not too much and not too little, she did evaluated my "condition", which made me feel safe and under good hands. All the staff in Quan Spa was friendly and I felt really comfortable, safe and welcomed there like a regular visitor even though it was my first time there! Definitely will go back!

A colleague of mine recommended this place for eyelash extension. I'm not particularly fond of trying new places however, I was in the area and thought I'd give it a go. When I arrived the lady in reception was very sweet and instantly made the ambience soothing and welcoming. I was shown into the treatment room and met May the eyelash therapist. She assured me they would look lovely. After she gently removed my old eyelash extension (done elsewhere previously) she carefully applied the mink soft light weight eyeslashes one by one. I have to say this lady took her time and is a perfectionist. I was absolutely amaZed with the results and what a pleasant experience. I am in love with my lashes and they look so subtle and natural but at the same time super sultry. If you need party lashes/ holiday lashes/ big event lashes... please go to Quon Spa. Lovely team and great hostess. I'm going there next week for mani and pedi. Thank you so much for my treatment :) see you soon! Xx setareh

Perfectly located in Chelsea, refined look & feel venue with very kind & helpful staff. No surprise how difficult it is to find a good quality facial in London and this one is the best of the best I have had so far. A lovely lady, Kiki, was my therapist. She was really detail oriented and knowleadgeble, explaning me eveything she was doing, every product and giving me advice of how to treat my skin back at home. To finish she gave me an amazing massage so I end up super relaxed and with radiant skin! Recommendable 100%.

Very recommendable centre. Kind and professional team, delivering a great, comfortable and reliable service. It was my first approach to Chinese medicine and Dr. Wang was very attentive and informative all through the process, explaining with detail the procedure, benefits and applications of each treatment, clearing my doubts kindly about those terms I was not familiar with. Maximum cleanness and hygiene in the premises with great attention to detail. The Accupuncture and Tui Na massage sessions I had were pleasant and benefitial and left the centre with an overall instant wellbeing sensation.
