Location is perfect for our business. All the staff, without exception, are always efficient, friendly, helpful and welcoming, creating a pleasant yet professional environment. This applies particularly to Kylie and the reception staff. The offices are kept clean and are well maintained. The domestic facilities are generally very well kept, particularly the kitchen area, however, the male toilets could be better maintained. The working experience is exceptional, but it comes at a cost, particularly when compared to the competition.

Great location, Tube station and Hire Bike station is just downstairs. The staff are fantastic; always friendly and willing to help. Olivia, Alexandra, Hayley are extremely diligent and professional in their work. This is a serviced office, good facilities and base price is affordable but additional add-ons could bring up the costs.

I and my colleagues have had the pleasure of using the virtual services of Servcorp at Dashwood House for around 5 years. Our needs have varied from simple post and telephone answering services to meetings with clients and also more complex administrative support such as organising and running 360 surveys for clients, including detailed preparation of Reports back to the client. Whatever the level of need required, we have always found the quality of service to be excellent. As leadership and organisational consultants, we recognise good management when we see it, and it is clear that Servcorp is well managed internally. This is perhaps most visible through the quality of staff recruited by Servcorp and, just as important, the way that work is organised so that it remains stimulating and enjoyable with plenty of good prospects in Servcorp's variety of office locations for those who do well. Great examples of our early contacts are Emily Little, who has now been promoted internally to another office, and Stephanie Hazell, who after a spell heading up the newer Leadenhall Street office, has returned as manager at Dashwood House. Stephanie has always been an exemplar of excellent service - immediate and careful attention to client communication and needs, always very positive and ready to respond quickly to new requirements coming from our own clients. We have felt confident enough to introduce Stephanie directly to our clients as heading up "our" administrative support, and they too have been impressed by her. One of the aspects of Servcorp that has been important to us is the "no-branding" policy in the physical offices, and this aspect is well reinforced by Stephanie and her team. Each member of the team - Bernadette Doyle, Kylie Thurley and Lydia Melen - play their part in providing a seamless service, and the way in which they manage to connect and overlap is most impressive. When necessary they quickly prepare each other to take over a piece of work so that tasks continue smoothly. The location itself on the 17th Floor, always positively commented upon by visiting clients, is itself a strong aspect (plus the opportunity to have access cards for the lifts), but the underlying strength is the quality of service provided by Stephanie and her team. Dashwood House is a prestigious office tower in a great location. At level 17 there are stunning views over London and impressive meeting rooms and facilities but, most importantly, the staff are professional, friendly and efficient.
