K. I. (.The best thing about this hotel is the lounge area. Really nice and spacious lounge to chill and chat. Staff are friendly but professional. Not that fussed about the bedroom. Yes it's trendy ans has ambient lighting and temperature control. But too small and compacted for my liking.
A. M.We loved the space and all the staff were very helpful and when we required a photo opportunity in the dining area they obliged and for which we are thankful. When next we have a team meeting we will come back to you and maybe try the delights of food.

We were unable to host our meeting yesterday due to the equipment not working and as a result we had to postponed our presentations.
In the spirit of Covid we didn’t make a big fuss and instead took our clients for an early dinner.
I would like to request that you provide either a refund or a credit to be used in the future and I would be grateful if you could confirm what option is best suited for you.
On a positive note, the team were super cool and very supportive.

T. D.The meeting rooms are cool, well equipped, not boring, though not the cheapest. Facilities are excellent. If you don't have a meeting room, it's a challenging working environment in the main room due to the music, which gets louder as the day progresses - if you are trying to make a call, you have to wander around trying to find a quiet space. It's the only downside to an otherwise great work-space concept

We used the meeting facilities which were so classy and clean with great facilities. Breakfast and Lunch were delicious and our vegan staff were looked after wonderfully well.

B. M.Hired Room 3 for a company strategy day. I have nothing but praise. Well organised. Lovely room. Trendy hotel. Great service and food throughout the day. Charming staff. We stayed for drinks in the bar (also very nice). A well earned 5 star review.
C. F.Razor Research recently used one of your meeting rooms for our business awayday and it was fabulous. The room layout was perfect, the communication in advance was good and we were delighted with the fully stocked fridge of water and the in room coffee machine. Our IT issues were dealt with speedily too!
We love the style of CitizenM - it really fits with our brand values and we know we'll be back!
