It was OK, we visited as a birthday gift and we were very anxious about visiting especially with the rising number of cases of covid. It is a pleasant place but unfortunately the Spa itself does look a little shabby/dated and could use some refurbishing. The gym showers were disgustingly dirty unfortunately. The staff were pretty friendly and we can't fault them as they allowed us to stay for out 2hrs even though we were late, unfortunately unless returning to try treatments, we probably wouldn't return back.

Had a lovely time here -- went in first thing on a Saturday morning and the facilities were clean, well-maintained and peaceful. The Hamam foot baths weren't available to be used, which was a shame, but everything else was superb. The reception staff in the morning were very welcoming and professional (Ayesha especially) but slightly more lacklustre for those on the afternoon shift. The changing rooms were very clean and easy to use, although they do charge £3 for a padlock if you don't bring your own, which I felt was a bit nickle and dime-ing.

Two hours was a good amount of time to completely relax. Not too busy, great sauna and steam rooms. The relaxation area went down very well after the time in the spa. A couple of spa areas were not working which was a shame but didn’t detract too much from the experience.

Very good for the price, but the spa could definitely benefit from a pool area. Although I appreciate they are working within the confines of the building. The foot spa area wasn't up and running when I visited and the shower controls felt like they had been well used. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and I'd visit again.

The 'head in the clouds' massage with Andrea was amazing! The booking process and especially trying to call the spa is tiresome due to a long automated process.. I'd also recommend booking direct via the spa website as treatwell offered a time that was not available, initially. BUT the massage was wonderful, the room was lovely, I'd definitely have that massage again.

Amazing value for a spa. It is connected to the gym and has the same changing rooms as the gym and pool. The spa area is really nice and has lots of amenities, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice fountain, foot hydrotherapy, hot benches, and a relaxation room. Mixed spa, we went early so there were not many people which was ideal. Had a 25min massage which was really nice thanks to Jackie. Just what I needed and the price was great value.

Booked a 50 minute hot stone massage and the lady who did my treatment was called Andrea. She was amazing. The best massage I’ve ever had and she actually worked on my tired muscles for over an hour! Very dedicated and wonderful experience! Thank you Andrea I will be booking with you again.

Amazing Overall experience. Had the Wellbeing massage and Zara, the masseuse, was probably the best I’ve ever had - great at her job with the added bonus of being smart, funny and friendly. The spa itself is good too, with just the right heat in the spa and sauna. My only criticism would be that the ice chip machine didn’t seem to want to work but overall will definitely be visiting again.

I took my best friend here for part of her birthday treat, first time here for the both of us and we was very impressed. The thought of it being inside a leisure center can be off putting but don't let it, I forgot I was in a leisure center once I was in the spa. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they show you around and give you your own spa bag which has flip flops and a toweling gown inside. You have to put down a £2 deposit on a card (debit etc) for your padlock to your locker which you get put back on your card when you leave. For the price you pay you get a lot for your money and from what I know of most spa's is they are not cheap to go to. This is affordable if you want to go by yourself or treat a friend. We did a 180 min Thermal spa no treatments and I came out fully relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be booking again!

Nice for couple of hours relaxing. Friendly staff. Showers in the locker room are disgusting though but they're probably not part of the spa. The spa should also have a rule for everyone to use a towel in the sauna. People are getting in straight after the shower or tub with soaked swim wear.

Had a facial while my husband had a full body massage - it was really nice and relaxing, one of the best I've had in a while. They use Elemis products and the massage rooms were nice sized rooms instead of cramped little rooms that some of the treatment rooms can be. The thermal area wasn't anything to write about but I had a lovely time and would definitely go back for the massages.

I just loved this place! Very relaxing. Had the Thermal spa experience with the added treatment of the Spa Experience. Felt wonderful afterwards. Staff were very friendly. And the facilities were great (didn't feel like I was in a leisure centre at all).I would highly recommend it. Definitely will be back!

Lovely spa and massage and relatively inexpensive. If you go take a padlock as you can use the spa changing rooms which are nicer than the swimming pool ones. You pay 20p if you use swimming pool room and lockers. They provide towels, robe and slippers. Very enjoyable afternoon.

The thermal spa area is the most relaxing place here and incredibly spotless. Physiotherapists called Laura and Asli are highly professional, always welcoming, nice and friendly! Highly recommend this place!

Hired this spa out for a hen do- price was very reasonable. The girls couldn't have been nicer the whole way through from booking to the actual day. They helped make everything special and were so friendly. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Clean, not too busy (the few times I went) nice staff and the location is ace, an old bath building. Looking at the sky while indulging in a yacuzzi bathtub is priceless and it comes to a reasonable price! Massages were also very professional, I just regret not to have booked a longer session! Definitely worth it!

I would like to take this opportunity to share with you the wonderful day at The Spa Experience Wimbledon. I was in a group of 21 ladies and the spa was large enough for us to move around to enjoy the following Steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi, foot spa and treatment room. As a group we decided to go back sòon and I will go independently.

I was really excited with going to Spa London in Wimbledon as my body was in desperate need for a bit of TLC and love the idea of being pampered. I was not disappointed as I went in with the body of a tired, old lady due to a charity run I had taken part in the previous day, and left totally relaxed and rejuvenated. All the negative reviews are about Spa Garden (which is not an actual spa) who accept Wowcher and Groupon and are down the road to Spa London. Spa London do not offer these style of vouchers and I feel it is wrong that negative comments are being posted incorrectly!!!!

Love this place. Non member can enjoy their nice facility for only £18. Especially I love wet sauna. Whenever I feel tired and need relax I go to Spa. Strongly recommend. But at the same time I don't want to make a noise about this place as I want this place quiet and not crowded. ;)
