I have been coming to the Centre off and on for several years. The staff are friendly and professional and really know what they’re doing. I feel 100% safe in the hands of the chiropractor who always checks whether I am happy about different techniques before she uses them. I have always experienced either improvement of any symptoms or complete recovery as a result of treatments. Highly recommend.

I went when this was just ML Chiropractic, before it had merged with the Fulham Clinic. The staff are always super polite and friendly and you feel comfortable in the waiting area. The chiropractors are very skilled and know what they are doing. I have scoliosis and although I did not personally achieve maximum benefit because I refused to do exercise as recommended, the chiropractors had a wealth of knowledge that they shared with me to try and improve my condition. I cannot fault them at all.

I have been treated by Rob now for about 15-16 years. He has been a Godsend when I have been in serious pain, whether it was my back, my shoulder or my neck. I also had some treatment for my Foot drop at the centre, needling etc.The fact that you can also have an X-ray at the practice. is a huge bonus. I have nothing but great praises for this clinic. I have recommended Rob and his partner and other sport therapists to all my friends...I mustn't forget about the lovely receptionist who always has a smile on her face and is really friendly and fun..Their new location on Fulham rd is fantastic.

I had never been to a Chiropractor before and was very wary. But I work for the nhs and I had been suffering for several months with a back issue that was getting worse. Richard put me at ease, took a thorough history, gave me exceptional tailored advice and did an adjustment in a way that made me feel safe. And it worked. Not only that but I have to say, he and the team went out of their way to accommodate my often shifting schedule, sometimes staying after hours themselves. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It has quite literally made my life comfortable again. I’m only loathe to write a review because I don’t want them booked up for my follow up visits!

A detailed and thorough initial consultation preceded a series of treatments that helped decrease my migraines and headaches from ongoing (I had suffered daily/constant headaches and migraines for 3 months at the point that I booked my first appointment) to rare. I highly recommend booking, you will be in excellent hands.

I can't recommend highly enough. The reception team are really welcoming, and I felt in really good hands with Jordan the chiropractor. He has a great knack of finding the tricky spots and is also very good at putting you at your ease. I'm not averse to hearing the 'crack' sound (he explains it as a pop of air), but he's very supportive in case you are and is extremely good at explaining what he's doing. Also - if you're having issues, get on top of them before they get worse...which I hate to say it, but they will!

Having lived with ongoing lower back pain for over 10 years, and seeing many chiropractors and alternative health care professionals, it took one visit with Richard de Bois to understand the root cause of my pain. You all know the deep despair that goes through your mind when that excruciating lower back pain occurs, instant thoughts of family, future work prospects and of course ultimately financial implications. I've been going to Fulham Back Care for over two years - the difference in my health has been enormous as a result of the excellent care provided by the team there. They offer a number of services; I use the chiropody, acupuncture and massage which have made a huge difference for me. The team is very professional and always helpful, and I've often been able to book in for appointments at short notice when my back/neck are particularly bad. I 100% recommend them - I actually moved out of Fulham and now travel 90 minutes to get my monthly fix; absolutely worth it though!

Great customer service experience with both clinicians and front office staff. Also received phenomenal clinical care from the chiropractor and massage therapist. I went about four times and they really helped to resolve my issues. I have been receiving chiropractic care for the past year from Richard. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism, care and respect. I used to suffer with incredible headaches and migraines and since being under Richard's care they have reduced significantly (to the occasional headache per month and no migraines). Richard fixed my neck and back pains within a few sessions, he actually told me I didn't need to carry on, which is a truly professional chiropractor. His acupuncture and chiropractic treatments work hand-in-hand to cure many aches and pains, and I have absolutely no problem recommending Richard to any prospective customers. I have had the pleasure of working with Filippo since May/June of this year (2019) after being in a fairly serious car accident in August 2017 which resulted in me smashing my scapula, breaking 2 ribs, breaking my humerus & puncturing my lung. I can't recommend Rob and the practice high enough. About 6 years ago my bad posture and long hours in the office resulted in lower back pain. This stopped me to play football and caused issues in everyday life. Thanks to Rob's competence and 1st class treatment my condition was improved and body healed. I do not have any negatives about my experience over 4 years with ML Chiropractic. The treatment changed my life in reducing pain levels and controlling my Fibromyalgia, a condition no one else could really help. I find the whole atmosphere and concept of the clinic amazing. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The holistic approach to the body is so hard to find from healthcare in the UK and really valuable. Dr Moss was, from the start, incredibly understanding about my M.E/CFS and did not try and make my condition fit into a pre-meditated treatment plan. At no point have I felt pushed into treatment or pressured into something that I do not need or may make my condition worse, an experience sadly I have had in so many places. I have had multiple chiropractic sessions with Dr Moss and massages with Annabelle and Ashlyn and they are all incredibly good at what they do. I also find the reception staff very friendly and helpful. They are professional yet make one feel at ease when waiting for an appointment. It is the only time I enjoy going to a medical appointment! I cannot rate ML Chiropractic highly enough and would recommend you to anyone.

I went here many times for about a year or so. Saw 2 different Chiros. Both lovely! Whole team really great and helpful and kind. Massage fantastic here also! Despite going here a lot I sadly haven’t had long term relief (usually about 30 mins of it) for my chronic pain conditions but the team here tried their best. If you have the money I do recommend you go here but if not and your condition is very complex it might be worth a miss just from a financial point of view. I have Fibromyalgia, Hypermobility type Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Funcional Neurological Disorder. If you do go I recommend Luther. He’s super nice!

Fantastic clinic. I came in with lower and upper back issues due to pregnancy and got the treatment I was hoping for. The initial consult with Dr. Lucas was very thorough and examined my life style from nutrition to sleep patterns, health history and current issues. A recommendation was then made for the treatment and voila, in no time, instead of wobbling through Fulham I was able to resume my school runs with my other two children. I have been a patient of Dr Luther Moss for a few weeks now. Luther has cured my neck pain from an injury I received during a collapsed scrum in early 1998. 15 years of neck pain have now gone. I also have other back injuries. The relief from the aches and pains has been life changing. I had some reservations about getting chiropractic treatment as it is deemed an 'alternative medicine'. As I am part of a business networking group with Dr Moss, listened to other members give their first hand testimony. As a sceptic I can say that chiropractic treatment works, and I strongly urge anyone with back or neck pain to seek treatment at ML Chiropractic. Dr Moss is a very nice and gentle character suitable for confident and nervous patients. I am sure that ladies would feel comfortable being treated by him. Even if you do not live in Hammersmith & Fulham (and I do not) travelling is definitely worth it. There is pay and display parking nearby, making it easy for anyone wanting a chiropractor in West London to visit this clinic.
