J. S.So far the first week has gone brilliant. I was looking for an accommodation that gives you the privacy and the comfort too. This place is great and I am sure with time I will looking forward to join some of the clubs and forums too. There were some initial hiccups in settling in on the first day but I must say that Abdo Dada was a brilliant support and kept me well informed at all stages right from the viewing to moving in.
F. R.The building has an amazingly complete structure, perfect for living in a busy city such as London. The common areas are awesome and provide a perfect environment for productivity and social interactions. The staff, Abdo in special, is super helpful and provides great services.

A. N.My partner and I have had an interest in this development for quite a while. We contacted the sales team and made some inquiries regarding our options. We booked an appointment to meet a member of the team. We were greeted by Abdo Dada. He showed us a few rooms and explained the whole procedure. He was very knowledgeable. We found him to be very patient, polite and professional. He was always available to answer all our questions after we secured a studio and he kept us in the loop on how all the formalities are progressing before moving-in date. We were extremely pleased with the service we were provided by him.
In addition, the Collective Old Oak itself offers a complete package for a stress free move and there is always been someone available at the front desk for any questions we may have.
Overall, it’s a 5 stars from us and we’d like to thank the Collective Oak for having such friendly staff.
H. A.I was searching for an accommodation in London on a very short notice. Every building was occupied and I was desperate and felt extremely helpless. That is when I got in touch with Abdo Dada who works with the Collective Old Oak. The man absolutely saved my life! He offered me the perfect 2 persons accommodation with a very reasonable price and recognising my situation, he was always available for me, even if I messaged him at odd times. He offered me a contract perfect for me and did everything super fast, maintaining my need. I had the best experience with him, and it is due to him, I am right now in my old oak house room, enjoying the scenic view and absolutely loving this accommodation and experience!
s. s.I haven't moved into my place yet but so far my interaction with Abdo has been very positive! He is always super responsive and goes out his way to help with any requests I have. His help has made this process seamless so far.
R. M.Update: Hanife and her girls were really effective in the cleaning! They were on time and lovely to talk to, Hanife also checked on me to make sure I was happy with the cleaning and helped me remove some of the things left unattended from previous tenants.
Got showed around by sales executive Abdo Dada who sold me the place in only a few mins! Place is great, especially if you are moving to London for the first time and need to make new connections and want to feel in a safe place. Rooms are london-style, not big, but what you really pay for is the benefits and facilities (gym, spas, communal areas, etc.). Very clean and quiet. Strongly recommend!
