Highly recommend a consultation with Emma from the Fenchurch Chiropractic Group. She diagnosed a long term back issue and immediately treated aswell as provided at home exercises which have helped with lower back pain. I’ve returned for a few sessions since and she’s a pleasure to work with!

Really friendly, highly effective and super covid-prepared! I came in with a problem with my back that was so painful I couldn't lie down and I was back to full mobility and activity in 4 sessions over 2 weeks. I went to Emma as I was having pain on my right shoulder. As an age grouper triathlete for team GB I needed the fastest recovery I could have as races were approaching quickly. Emma is a miracle worker! I went to see Emma when I was experiencing immense pain in my lower back. She diagnosed that I was showing signs of a disc protrusion (slipped disc) and over a course of 4 – 6 weeks, she has treated me with various treatments – it is worth noting that recovery times do vary. Emma is professional yet comforting in her approach, I highly recommend her services!

I started going to Emma probably about two years ago. Since working in an office over the last ten years I suffered with incredibly tight shoulders and tension in my neck which would cause me severe headaches. I had been to various physiotherapists on and off for years and they would help a bit but never quite enough to get rid of my headaches. After seeing Emma for the first time it just felt different, I had about 8 weekly sessions and then went on to monthly sessions and I can honestly say my headaches have disappeared. My visits have become further apart but my headaches have still not returned. Last year I had an issue with my knee after doing the Yorkshire three peaks and she has also started treating that. Emma has magic hands and I would no longer go to anybody else. Emma just seems to be able to get to the root of the problem very quickly.
