I had a deep tissue massage here today. It was my first time at third Space and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Phyllis did my massage and wow I feel amazing, she really sorted my back out, now I feel more confident lifting weights at the gym. I will definitely be coming back to her.

My first ever experience getting a sports massage and dry needling was amazing. Therapist Katie made me feel comfortable by explaining everything as she was doing it. She also offered valuable insight on more ways I can support my body and manage my pain. Afterwards, I felt more physically relaxed than I have in a long time. Looking forward to another treatment session with her!!

I love the Third Space spa. Having recently moved to London, I'm so pleased to have found a spa (in my gym) that offers all of the services that I normally seek out, provided by highly skilled professionals. Never once have I been disappointed by a service. Six stars!

Katy and Adele are first class professionals, they take time to assess your needs and offer treatments or products which may suit your requirements. Katy provided me one of the best massages, to the point I came back to her a week later. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone wishing to recharge those batteries.

My favorite place in London. Located in the heart of Canary Wharf, spacious, clean and filled with the best equipment, but most importantly the Third Space has the best yoga teachers in London. Every time I try a different gym or yoga studio, I come back here.

Very happy with my treatment by Annie last week. She was super professional, dressed in full PPE and made me feel very comfortable and COVID safe. It’s a lovely spa with friendly staff and whilst it is a little more expensive than some other spas in the area, you get what you pay for. Thank you

My Partner and I visited the Spa at Canary Wharf yeserday for a 50 minute massage each with Philis. Both massages (firm and soft) were absolutely fantastic. Very relaxing. Enjoyed chilling out in the relaxation room with a dressing gown, slippers and magazine. Bronte on receiption was also very welcoming. Looking forward to coming back again soon! Thanks again.

I’ve been using the Third Space spa for a couple of years now and I keep coming back even though I’m not a member of the gym anymore. It’s a bit expensive but a great experience every time (that’s why it’s 4 stars not 5). My therapist is Amy and she is fantastic - she deserves all the great reviews she has received on here! Hope she doesn’t get too busy to see me though.

Hi Massage: Today I went for a spa treatment. Kathryn (KT) was very kind in giving me the correct advice and ensuring that I had the best experience. She conducted the massage with great professionalism. Nails: I had a gel manicure at the spa. The lady who conducted it was very professional, she gave me tips on aftercare and what products to use for my dry hands and brittle nails. I've generally had a good experience at third spa other than one time when they cancelled on me last minute, which was frustrating but such is life. Thank you!

Great facility had many trainers and lots of equipment that you're never having too wait. Classes are a plenty and very good, however fit extremely popular classes there is a token system (as you can't book in advance). However all this convenience comes at a price, membership fees are high compared to your typical gym but it's in the realm of the platinum Virgin active clubs. But the best in the wharf for sure!

Had yet another amazing massage from Sioned today. I suffer with a lot of back pain due to vertebral implants and that creates other knock on effects with my muscles. After that massage I currently feel the best I have done in weeks. I cannot recommend Sioned and this Spa enough. They create a superb environment which really is amazing.

I’ve had several treatments at Third Space Spa Canary Wharf. The team are always very welcoming, professional and friendly. The quality of the treatments are performed at a very high standard leaving you feeling relaxed and luxurious afterwards. The Third Space Canary Wharf Spa is absolutely stunning and perfect to unwind and get a good massage to recover. The Sports Massage by Alex is definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. Alex is the best, he is super knowledgeable and deivers the perfect, strong Sports Massage. Definitely recommend this place and going for a massge with Alex and definitely prefer this Spa to other 5 star hotel spas.

I can't rate Third Space Spa and Molly Woodstock highly enough. From the moment I walk in (which is on a regular basis) I always receive the highest of standards of customer service. I had a deep tissue massage with Anna on Saturday (2nd March) morning which was by far the best I have had. I do a lot of running and have some injuries and she was tough but very good. Also offered additional advice which was helpful around stretching etc
