I have visited again today, found them open and active, great customer service from the gentleman on glasses - sorry didn’t notice the name- I was acknowledged .. didn’t wait much and was given the denomination I wanted and also found Egyptian currency and that made me pleasantly surprised as its a rarity find.

G. G.Probably one of the best places to exchange your money in London - at least for EUR to GBP and GBP to EUR.
Highly professional even on the phone, easy to ask whether they have enough for you and all other sort of details. Rate and expectation clear. No hidden fees
M. B.Get some USD currency after ordering it online for a better rate. Shop is very small, but ample sized for a few people to queue. They require ID if you use a debit card, but nothing if you want cash. Quick trip to the cash machine will speed up your visit!
f. w.Best exchange rates by far. I've used two of the Thomas exchanges now and they are both excellent service and friendly staff. €100 in my bank = £73. €100 in Thomas = £84. No brainier. Go to Thomas for your exchanges.
J. A.I went here after trying 4-5 different exchange places around Paddington and Marble Arch. The quote they gave me was by far the best rate, even besting a place on Oxford Street by almost GBP200 (I was selling Israeli shekels). There was no wait and the service was kind and professional.
