Very professional order the rate on Saturday afternoon ready for today. He was very clear on the order and confirm that the order was right before I left. Normally I would use the London bridge branch which is closed so I saw this branch and went. He was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent exchange rates. Always seem to beat the other rival round the corner near Covent Garden Market who also have very competitive rates. Best use their website to get a guaranteed rate. Sometimes you could feel just a little uncomfortable when they give you zombie looks and check your money half a dozen times - but I guess they're just doing their jobs.

No hassle money exchange. Didn't need to reserve or anything like that ahead of time. Like their other locations, it seemed like they offered the best rates in central London for Euros and many other European currencies. Friendly and quick service.

I have looked around and done my own research and this place has one of the best rates in central London. Big caveat though - you have to order online and collect on the same day to benefit from their competitive rates. Also they're quite strict on ID so if you're paying with debit/credit card, make sure you have your passport with you.

I came on a saturday to london and feeled urged to change on the ferry. I am glad that I was brave enough to keep money to search a way for exchange in london. The ferry would have charged 2,40 Pound at a 1,45 Euro per Pound, Thomas took around 1,25 Euro per Pound without additional charges! I went out with a lucky smile :-)

But to ensure the best rate it is better to go to the site and place a buy back money at branch order. Although the site talks about printing the reservation, it is not necessary. Vale muito mais a pena trocar dinheiro aqui do que no Brasil e do que usar cartão de crédito. Mas para garantir a melhor taxa é melhor ir no site e fazer uma ordem de "buy back money at branch".
