Always a super simple and easy customer journey when booking with great rating system and salon awards so you can see great salons in your area. Love love love it- so much so I’ve forgotten what it’s like to book direct with a salon- will continue to use regularly :)

had non-surgical Rhinoplasty. My result is amazing. I went from having no bridge to full on prominent nose bridge. Beside having amazing result Bali is just the best to perform your treatment. This is a review that I was supposed to publish even many, many years ago. Treatwell is a reliable platform for the customers looking for finding out new salons, new therapists and practitioners in the Wellbeing and Cosmetic industry. An equidistant interface. Making things easy for both parts: customers and performers in the above-mentioned industry. Reliable from a marketing point of view, as well as when payments or refunds are concerned, or are expected to be received. Today, I had an amazing experience with Yanelli, who offered me choices to the issue she was presented by me to her. My conclusion: professionalism, promptitude and efficiency. Do not hesitate to approach Treatwell with a view to finding places where you will be served with commitment to industry.

Masy did a dry cut for me and she was pure magic! I have a lot of hair and it had been damaged from lots of hair dye, she was kind, really listened and gave me a brilliant cut. I HIGHLY recommend booking in with her. 😊 Heads up for customers - if you usually give a tip then bring cash. The card machine wasn’t working & the ATM outside wasn’t working either so I couldn’t tip.

I love it as a customer - it's really easy to use and I've found some great places like Sugaring in Shoreditch or my new favourite Hideaway Retreat in my local town of Bishop's Stortford. Luxxe Beauty is excellent. Hazel is calm, friendly and very professional. The salon is very clean. Treatwell app is good except for I cannot leave a review via their app as I book appointments directly at the salon. Reviews left have been via the treatwell staff apart from the first one which the appointment was booked via treatwell.
