Carmen was amazing, very gentle and calm. She explained to me everything and debrief with me after the session, she also gave me advice on what to do and what crystals to use. It was an exceptional first experience with crystal healing. She managed to pick up a lot of things about myself and helped me to relax and re energise with good energies. Thai Massage Review with Mario. My mind is blown. I didn’t know how healing and releasing on an energetic and spiritual level a massage could be. I believe in colon hydrotherapy and have regular sessions but I have never had a session like the one I had with Starlight. I generally feel pretty tense, it is not something I look forward to having. I do it because it helps me and is the only thing that works. Starlight immediately put me at ease, she was calming and even did some sound healing which I have definitely never had before. I felt at ease and dare I say it, comfortable. She even gave me a step (if you know you know) to take home with me. I’ll never have a colonic with anyone else.

Just had a terrific reflexology session with Lora. I have severe shoulder pain from repetitive overuse (tennis) and I feel so much more flexibility and movement in my shoulder after just one session. Not to mention the pain relief. Amazing
