T. G.This is a well located cinema for NW London with several screens, meaning great ranges of showtimes for multiple films every day of the week. Conveniently located in the O2 Centre for eating/shopping before hand. Currently visit once a month and have had nothing but good experiences. Although, as with all cinemas, the food and drinks are crazy expensive.
F.Watched Shang-Chi on Saturday, easy parking, overpriced snacks but expected. Luckily very short queues.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Difficult to find seating whilst waiting so sat in outside area.
Toilets were clean and cinema was generally clean.
Recommended.
J.Love it here come allllll the time , recommend looking online first as seats tend to get taken . The staff are lovely and remember us when we arrive. & I like that you can chill before the film by the bar area

There’s just always delays with snacks, or something isn’t working every-time I’ve visited. However, the cinema aspect is good.
