I used Udens for my mother’s funeral in Jan 2015 and again with my father’s funeral this month. They are professional, friendly and respectful. I was made to feel like I was their only client. And Spencer was very supportive to my father’s grandchildren who wanted to carry the coffin into the chapel. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier.

I can not thank W.Uden & Son enough for everything they did for us . They were amazing from the beginning to the end with our mothers funeral. Very professional but also very caring and understanding. They met our needs in every way and went out far and beyond for us , they made us feel like family. On the day of our mothers funeral, it was perfect in every way , from her final journey to when we finally said goodbye.. W..Udens & Son was with us every step of the way and I will forever be greatful what they did for us. They are a family run business, which made it even more special , as you wasn't made to feel like a client with them , but as family .. again thank you all for what you have done.

Thank you W.Uden & Sons Eltham branch. Ben at the office took care of the arrangements for my mother Pamela as requested. We met Spencer on the day and he was dignified and respectful as he guided his team through the whole burial process. The mourners were satisfied with the good send off. I was glad to be introduced to Ben (the Officiant) and he guided me through options for the service and conducted matters on the day. I was very satisfied and would recommend this firm.

Udens were absolutely fantastic. From telling us everything that we needed to know and more They went above and beyond. Spencer who was in charge of our dad's funeral on the day, was fantastic. Made everything possible that we asked for with hours only to spare and us changing things last minute.

We just wanted to thank Uden & Sons and in particular Lee and his colleagues for taking care of the funeral arrangements in October 2021. They were very professional, extremely respectful and looked after us and all the arrangements beautifully. It helped make the day run very smoothly and we felt we were in very good hands. Uden's recently conducted my mums funeral. Their professionalism, empathy and attention to detail were second to none. Arranging the funeral was made much easier than I expected and when I mentioned to Sarah at the Eltham branch that mum was a big Millwall fan, she immediately said that the staff on the day could wear Millwall ties rather than the usual black ones if we wanted it. A wonderful touch and on the day the head of the team also wore a Millwall scarf. Mum would have loved it! They made a point of doing little things that could have been forgotten due to the emotion of the day such as collecting the spare orders of service and asking whether I would like the message cards from the flowers. Mum would have been very happy with how they handled her service and I certainly was very impressed.

W. Uden helped me and my family lay my sister to rest beautifully. They took care of her whilst she was in their care and made us very welcome to visit her as much as we wanted. They provided us with all the information and even on the day of the funeral, supported us in making those final moments easier for us to deal with by making sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times. They even accommodated us in letting us walk with the hearse as well as having the option of the limousine which were beautiful. Thank you Ben, Matthew and Stanley. Thank you

We used Udens for our mums funeral. We could not have wished for a better service than the one they gave us. We met Matthew Uden at the Eltham branch, who asked us what we wanted. Everything was in hand from that moment, and our worries about making arrangements were simply taken out of our hands. When the funeral day arrived, all the drivers were so helpful and respectful to us. After the funeral, Stanley made a small posy for me from some of mums flowers and gave us some complimentary thank you cards and a pen, from Udens. We were driven back to mums home. It was the most perfect day, and everyone there said that our mum would have been so proud. Thank you to all the staff at Uden for your kind helpful & caring ways toward our family.
