For the last 6 months I have been seing Daniel as I had a Bulging disc! I saw him once a week for the first 4 months and with his help and experience, my pain and mobility improved. Our session based on his recommendation moved to every 3 weeks due to how fast my lower back was healing. I am at the stage now were I am back in the gym, lifting and training. I was nervous about what to expect before my first session with Daniel having never visited an Osteopath before, but I was in a lot of pain and discomfort so decided to go for it. I have suffered with muscular chest and upper back pain for four years which has taken so much from me -my self confidence being one of them and it also took a toll on my mental health. Frequent doctor and hospital visits could only rule out cardiac and more serious issues which was reassuring but alsofalso as the pain was with me from morning till night. What can sometimes be an unpleasant experience passed by in a flash and my initial fears were soothed by his professionalism. Though a GP and MRI scan had been unable to provide any help in this instance, Daniel has diagnosed the likely problem and has started me on a short course of treatment to untrap a nerve. I had been apprehensive about visiting an osteopath but Daniel has a skilful hands-on approach, a calming and optimistic demeanour, and of course good knowledge of the body.

All I can say after what was the worst pain in my life is that Daniel is a magician. I went in with an emergency injury and was in so much pain I was crying. He was extremely patient and allowed for me to stop and start the treatment and that night I was able to sleep for the first time in nights. I booked up to see Daniel has I had really bad pain on my left lower back which was going deep into my glute. , I’m a competitive cyclist and over the past 6 weeks the pain has been becoming unbearable, even simple tasks like putting on a sock I couldn’t do. Tuesday morning I was thinking of retiring from racing. After hour treatment with Daniel I left the treatment room able to walk pain free, I trained that night and was best I have felt on a bike for ages. I’ve already made another appointment. Seriously Daniel knows his stuff and this is real feedback. I would 110% recommend Daniel.

I had lower back pain that flared up playing sport (cricket bowling at the nets) after which I could barely get up from the bed or walk properly when in pain. I reached out to Tino (Constantinos Theodosiou) and in the very first session I could see significant improvement where he was able to accurately pinpoint the exact location of my pain and was able to relieve it. Happy to say that in a couple of sessions I am now able to barely feel anything when lying down or getting up and can play sport again. No amount of thanks suffices for the amazing work Tino has done with me.

Daniel has been my go-to osteopath for the last couple of years and my recent experience with a treatment for one of my painful fingers is just another testament as to why he will continue to be the one for the future. I was having trouble bending my finger for about a week and a constant pain in the finger had me worried. He listened to the symptoms and immediately diagnosed the root of the problem and treated me for it. I felt immediate relief after the treatment and felt better each day after following the stretching exercises he advised. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him.
