The staff on plane tree daycare unit were amazing. They were caring and attentive. The anaesthetic team were truly amazing and Consultant very calming and reassuring. Nothing negative at all.

Staff are all nice there. I took W15 bus from Laytonstone tube station, but you can walk there in 30 mins. I wouldn’t recommend you to walk on the way back if you had eye drops to dilate your eyes in sunny days. It’ll be too bright to see!

Wonderful wonderful staff.. Although all staff are overworked and underpaid I cannot fault the care given to my God father during his 3 night stay. This hospital is really paying attention to guidelines even under immence pressure.. Thank you Whipps Cross for the amazing care . Food still not good but it has an "M and S" food behind maternity unit opposite outpatients..

Great. The only thing that kept me sane whilst in Whipps Cross Hospital was The Hospital Radio. On 24/7 and free (just ask in the ward for earphones) You can phone in requests on the internal phone or wait for one of the volunteers to visit the ward. Large collection of music and though run by volunteers is a professional sounding station.

Terrible at paperwork and appointments. Amazing staff and treatment once u get past the almost life threateningly bad administraton. Speaking for my self and family who have used this hospital for decades
