A. W.Great shared workspace. Cafe, meeting rooms and office space of different sizes.
K. A.Great dance studios, 'Flow Dance' , in the basement level of this complex. Good floors, mirrors, changing rooms, showers being refurbed. Large room needs colder aircon but little rooms are great and reasonable prices.
Easy to get to from the tube, although a confusing gate entrance system.

Went for Negra tango nights in the basement dance studio. Nice sprung wooden floor but I did have to continually use the baby powder in order to pivot.
Low ceiling, people had mixed feelings about the space, I liked it.
Big fans used because it gets very hot dancing.

G. B.This business park offers secure office space, electronic passes required to ensure enter office areas. Ground floor features an in house cafe, fresh hot and cold food available, dining area and both open and enclosed meeting rooms. No public parking but there is a bus stop right outside & Tube station nearby.

M. B.Nice little business park, with space to engage in meetings, with an on site gym and cafe.
There also happens to be the campus for the the university of Trinity Saint David's London, all within easy reach of the Oval underground station.
Parking is never cheap in London, but they do have spaces generally available to the public.
M. N.Trendy office building for startups. Mimosa cafe at ground floor is one of the best options for lunch and coffee in the area. Secure bicycle parking requiring fob to enter. Avoid the top floor if looking to rent as the floor is rather shaky and the communal toilets are not very good.
M. K.The Kennington Park business centre, 2 minutes from the Oval station is an ideal location for start up businesses. It has an excellent on site cafe, Mimosa's. Ample seating makes this a great venue for informal meetings.
