We find it really easy to book last minute meeting rooms at this location. Decently priced and easy to access. Not always the quietest environment but the upside is there's easy access to the cafe!

A huge business centre with many small businesses including the Volcano coffee work's who also have a cafe at the main entrance. The coffee is awesome, scotch eggs and samosas are tasty if a little pricey.

Set in the main building of this industrial estate the cafe offers good coffee and food but it is a bit expensive. Good for mums and babies break.
