I had thought about seeing an Osteopath for a long time. So glad I decided to book an appointment with Kiera. She made me feel completely at ease and after the first visit I was amazed at the improvement I felt. She explains everything well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

Kiera is a magician, I visited her with a rib injury. I had a similar injury before, so I was expecting it to take many months to heal. It was very sore and stopping me doing lots of things. The day after treatment, it didn't hurt to breathe any more, I could do a tonne of things I couldn't before her treatment and the injury had fully resolved by the end of the week! Highly recommend!!

As well as being conveniently located, Keira is a very friendly & knowledgeable osteopath, providing a professional service that I could put my trust in. The real bonus is Keira herself as a person. She combines professionalism with a genuine warmth and friendliness that allows you to feel calm, reassured and in good hands throughout the appointment. Most importantly, of course, she really knows what she is doing. Keira was able to book me in at very short notice after a recent injury hip injury. Not only was she very accommodating but also very professional. I recently had a motorbike and horse riding accident and decided after GP approval, that osteopathic treatment may help me. After researching the clinics in my area, I decided to call Bearsted and was extremely surprised at how calm and understandable the staff were. I found Keira extremely calm and comforting and she was happy to take the time out of her own day to discuss with me and offer me support over the phone without any guarantee that i would be interested in treatment. After this, I decided to visit Keira because of mild shoulder and neck pain, in which she went through a highly professional and informational case history and performed a physical examination before treatment. Personally, I really appreciated her gentle personality and her ability to speak through each and every small detail of the examination and procedures she was working on, which allowed me to relax and become supple in her hands. The facility was extremely clean, cool and the room smelt lovely, which made treatment even nicer. If you are slightly nervous about these types of health/rehabilitation techniques but still want to inquire and have some treatment, please call this clinic as I was extremely happy with what i got for the price and could not recommend any more, especially since all covid procedures were followed and my safety was put first.

Keira has been helping my husband with a problem in his shoulder after he jarred it stopping himself from falling. She has been excellent advising him of exercises that he can do to help and also manipulating his shoulder which is gradually improving. Keira has a clinic room in the Wellness Centre at Mote House which is very convenient for him.
