It was our first time for a foot massage at jsabai spa. My husband and I felt like the massage was heaven sent.So relaxing. Pat and cleopatra were amazing at their job.I would definitely recommend them. We are looking forward for a body massage soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had Thai massage 1 hour in J Sabai Spa Maidstone. It was amazing experience. The massage therapist Tan was very skilled and talented and made me feel so relaxed. I can definitely recommend Thai massage to anyone that needs relaxing.

Very relaxing atmosphere when you walk in, had a massage by Tan today and oh my god it was amazing, she made sure to check that i was comfortable the whole way through, and her pressure was perfection. The staff are kind and welcoming also! I've never been a massage client but from now on I will be coming here for regular visits! It really helped my stress levels :) thank you Tan!! ❤

Abolsutly amazing couple massages. Staff were very kind on arrival and walked us straight to our ‘room’. The massages are done behind curtains down a corridor, I think there was 3 rooms in total. As a result of this, there was some unwanted noice but it was too bad. Staff were very good and made us feel really relaxed. Some other in their reviews had complained about the staff talking but what do you expected them to do for 90 minutes?! Be dead silent? They spoke a little bit to one another but not much, not enough to bother us. Overall really great experience and hope to go back one time!

Let's just say her hands are magical :) I always feel pain free and stress free after her massage. I strongly recommed booking an appointment with Wong. For years I have had a massage with the same person until they had to give it up, I tried a few in Maidstone they cost too much or did not do my required time of one hour. Last year I found the Sabai Spa and Paula performed the Massage, she was very good and I had the full one hour as asked for, today I when again and Paula was as good as before, I said next time I will have the 90 min Massage

i have been a regular customer here now for many years. The staff are always very happy and all do a great job. I can definitely recommend a Thai massage, which they do on a mat on the floor so the therapist can really work on you and get you in to positions you never thought you could. It is a bit painful but afterwards you feel so much better . I will never go any where else,

A most fantastic place to while away the daily stresses of life. very good value for money and the staff are great to talk with. You even get a cup of tea after your session. Can't pass comments on the lady sessions, but couples massage is a big hit with us!

I have visited J Sabai Spa on 28/10/2015 for 90 min. traditional Thai massage and was disappointed. I had many massages from professional therapist in past, but lady in Sabai did not now what she was doing. Let me describe why I given 2 stars. Only because environment. The place have the potential for top class saloon. Now let`s describe the massage. I got changed for the dress what I have been given (traditional Thai massage is dry massage) and than lady started. At the start lady was chatting with me asking the questions, but true is you suppose to relax your mind. She kept asking something true whole massage which I found very disturbing. Now massage itself....she did not have a clue what to do. Massage finished after about 70 minutes in my opinion because lady run out of the ideas. 90 minutes massage should be systematic start by legs and finish by head involving whole body. So please be aware. Maybe the ovener of the saloon is professional...I can not judge as I had just one of the staff working on me....but she (or he) must be also responsible for her staff. When we finished I said that I did not got what I expected and I was recommended oil massage....saying that it is really relaxing. But true is that I wanted traditional Thai massage and I did not got it. Lukas .....updated on 29/10/2015....from 2 to 3 stars. Here is the reason: After bad experience I have been contacted by lady who runs the saloon today. She apologised for lady who done my massage as she was new and she will not become permanent staff. I love visiting J Sabai Spa. I've sampled many of the available treatments - Swedish Massage, 4 Hands Massage, Thai Massage & Facial's - every treatment has been amazing. The therapists - Jen, Nadya, Jess, Sonya & especially Paula are all excellent. After each treatment the knots, tensions & stress have all gone. A big thankyou to Spa Manager Noi & all of the J Sabai Spa team. I look forward to my next visit..
