This is our fifth consecutive year of using KMC for boiler servicing. Kevin is always polite, friendly and efficient. If there's a problem he explains it in layman's terms and tells you about the available solutions. It's bad news for our boiler this year after 18 years of hot water and heating, but we know what we have to do, so new boiler it is. Can't fault the service from Kevin.

Kevin is very thorough and professional. Without asking put on shoe covers to go upstairs and was masked up all the time. Had issues with heating controls and he helped me sort it over the phone so we had heating until he could get over. This was right in the middle of the cold spell so was most welcomed. Fantastic service from Kevin at KMC Gas. My boiler had broken down during a cold snap in January. I called out the boiler manufacturer’s service engineer who took 5 mins to tell me there was nothing he could do and recommended a number of very expensive solutions and charged me £100 for the privilege. I called KMC Gas late in the day and Kevin gave me some tips over the phone that did restore some heating. The next day he came around and spent a couple of hours fixing the problem and the heating system has never worked so well. I cannot recommend more highly, great service and a great job. Thank you.

Boiler breakdown repair. From first contact to completion of repair the experience was faultless. Very responsive to emails with either a telephone call or reply almost simutalneously. Highly recommended! Kevin installed our boiler 18 months ago, he is quick at responding, with great communication, professional, neat and tidy, and very thorough in what he does. In addition, our hot water pipe burst on Saturday and following a quick fix from an emergency plumber, our boiler stopped working due to an air block. We called Kevin straight away, who was unable to attend the property due to an injury, however, for about 2 hours he was walking us through the steps of clearing the air block and getting our boiler back up and running. Kevin even did a call to check all was ok the following day. We cannot recommend Kevin enough.

We contacted Kevin on Monday and he rang us back within 5 mins. Our Boiler was losing pressure and showing an error. Kevin said he could come on Wednesday but would be after 1.30 but because he had other calls already booked in he would not be able to say an exact time. Kevin was with us for 1.40 excellent. He put a sheet on the floor to catch any dust and started work straight away, he found the fault and repaired it there and then, no mess no fuss just a great job done, for an excellent price. We have booked him to come back and service our boiler.

I would totally recommend Kevin. My boiler stopped working so he talked me through over the phone Friday night how to bypass the issue to get it working again so I could get the heating on (it was a very cold night) and then he was out first thing Saturday morning to fix it. I can highly recommend KMC Gas. Kevin was quick to respond to an initial web-form enquiry to diagnose the issues behind a poorly-functioning radiator, avoiding the need for a costly full system power flush. A brief (Covid-compliant) visit to remedy and the room is transformed. We'll definitely use KMC again should the need arise.
