I’ve suffered with lower back problems for nearly 10 years. Steve was recommended to me by a friend who’s a keen runner. I’ve also started running during running and have been worried about the impact on my back. I’ve seen Steve regularly and he (and the moveable couch) have really helped ease back pain despite the increase in exercise. A simple look at my posture confirmed I have an overarch in my lower back and just making a simple change to the way I stand has been a transformation. I would highly recommend.

I see Steve once a month for a tune up on my legs and lower back, I run every day and cover around 50 miles per week. He does a great job of assessing me before he starts then sets to work from my feet to my neck, he then repeats the assessment and asks me how I feel. He's keeping this old body going brilliantly!
