I have been going to Ruth regularly for a couple of years now for issues with my back and neck. Ruth is always able to pinpoint exactly where the manipulation is needed, and the relief after a treatment is bliss. I have been visiting City Osteopaths on and off for 10 years for a lower back pain issue that re-occurs every so often. After just 2 or 3 visits Ruth has sorted out my pain and I am back to normal. She is a consummate professional, takes time to understand your pain issues and pain history, then she slowly works to helping you get back to where you were, and manage your pain ongoing. I cannot recommend Ruth highly enough, she is really brilliant at what she does.

Highly recommend Ruth at City Osteopaths. I had been suffering from lower back pain all summer and in one session Ruth was able to assess where the problem stimulated from and through massage and manipulation I was feeling much better after just one session. I've been seeing Ruth since 2010/11. I am delighted with the excellent care and support from Ruth. She is very thorough and gives me stretches/ exercises that will specifically help my issues. I mostly have neck, back and hip problems which recur from time to time partly exacerbated by working at the computer. Ruth tackled the root of the problem manipulating the area each time. Mostly she is able to fix the issues in one session while on rare occasions the really bad ones like spasms takes 2 or 3 sessions. Highly recommended.
