I went to concept to update my car and got a Fiat, the car came very clean and all good. Sales lady Laura avery went above and beyond for me. On the way home it developed a knocking noise so got the car home and spoke to after sales. They said I could book it in at a garage near my home (which was not there usual practice) the car was sorted the next day and fixed. Overall the whole process they went above and beyond. Ive had excellent customer service experience off Laura from concept car, the all experience was very simple with no pressure, i simply explained what type of cars i was looking for. Laura found a choice of cars for me to choose from and sent lots of pictures and video of the different vehicles. After choosing my new car, Laura found me much cheaper finance package. Was surprised at the car we managed to get, far higher spec than expected. Would have been good to get an overall picture of finance amount available at the start rather than at the end so you went into the showroom with a realistic idea of what you could afford but overall a good experience. Kieron did put in the effort once we'd picked a car out to make sure it was within my budget and it was the car I was happy with. Drove away with our new shiny after 2 hours.

Having struggled for a few years to gain car finance I thought I had nothing to loose by giving these guys a go ... my mum sent me a link, I filled out a small questionnaire and sent it off. I was surprised to receive a phone call within 20 min. From this point on nothing was too much trouble for this company. I would highly recommend them for many reasons. They are very professional, I dealt mainly with a lady called Laura who worked endlessly to help and guide us. She kept us informed every step of the way. What I was ultra impressed with was how you literally go to this place and everything is in place and you can potentially drive away the same day in your new car. It takes around four hours, but that is for everything To be put in place. Laura worked so hard to get us a fair deal, she was very cheerful, busy but constantly on task. Also worth a mention is the finance people , really straight talking, no jargon , and very supportive. You are given everything you need and more ( I got a full tank of fuel too ) . I come across Concept Car Credit 3 years ago and they helped my dad find his perfect car with affordable payments. He has never had any issues with his car and touch wood, it’s still immaculate and runs like new! My boyfriend recently purchased his dream car from concept, unfortunately as cars do, ours had a mechanical fault after 5 weeks of ownership. After contacting Concept’s aftercare team, Kendall provided the contact number for the nominated garage (we had 6 months warrantee for mechanical issues from the day of purchase as with all Concept's cars) ensured she looked after us keeping us informed and communicating with the garage while our car was in for repair. Our car was picked up this morning and is like new again so a special thanks to Church Wharf Garage and Kendall in aftercare. Kendall and the aftercare manager went above and beyond in my opinion and I have full faith in this company

I got my car about a month ago, vauxhall astra 1.6, from Lydia at concept cars. She was really helpful and gave a fantastic service. I drove away on my first visit there with not much hassle. The car itself was in good condition, and after two weeks of driving, there was a problem with the spark plugs and ignition power pack and the car didn't sound right. However this was sorted right away with the 30 day warranty offer and the cost of repair was all payed for by concept cars. Overall a good experience.

Amazing Experience - Dealt with a Lady called Lydia just yesterday and I phoned up 9:30am and Found myself driving down to Manchester that afternoon to pick out a car I wanted and several hours later I was driving that new car home. The process overall whilst down at Concept took 5 hours from me Arriving to check proofs of ID and Affordability but waiting 5 hours was so worth it to have a car like we have when we wasn't expecting such a big family car on our budget. Definitely Recommend to anyone out their who is deciding on getting finance to just GO STRAIGHT TO CONCEPT apply online and someone will phone in the next 10 mins and you could be choosing your car THE SAME DAY if all Documents are shown. Cant Praise this company enough after been turned down so much and getting disheartened of maybe not having a car for work. Make sure you have £300 deposit though as your money will go along way with this company.

After suddenly losing my car i needed to find a new car where finance was an option for people with poor credit history, after trying a few companies who weren't very helpful i was contacted by Kieron Torkington from Concept Car Credit who invited me down to look at some cars and i found the perfect car, he then managed to get a finance package that fitted my budget. He even managed to have most of the paperwork sorted for me so i didn't have the hassle of getting bank statements and wage slips. Well it took me ages to decide on a car, Gav the salesman was patient and informative, After a while I decided on a car a focus and the deal was done. I drove away insured, taxed and fueled up! I was told the car had been serviced and MOT'd before it was sold, Gav asked for it to be cleaned agin whilst we were doing the paperwork as a bird had dumped on it, when we got home I wanted to check the levels and ensure I has screen wash but the bonnet wouldnt open. I Spoke to aftersales and it was booked in at their nominated repair centre on a day that was convenient for me, the gararge didnt have the replacement part needed even though concept had autherised them to have it ready, but ensured I could get into the bonnet, when i got home I checked the levels and confirmed fresh was oil was present and new spark plugs had recently been fitted so it had deffinatley been serviced. When the part arrived at the garrage it was booked in again and the part was fitted. It was professionally and promptly even thou i was late. All in all concept did as much as they could for me and have done a decent deal on a decent car ...would probably use again

we contacted concept to see if they could help us out with a new car,we got a call back from the concept team and was asked to come in and choose the car we wanted we choose a ford galaxy but needed some scratches touching up and agreed to bring back in 2 days later to have them done,a day later we received a phone call saying that we could not have the car back as it was not registered in the uk so we had to go back in and choose another one on arrival we was greeted by Jamie porter sales manager who explained the situation and said leave it until after the weekend so they could try and sort the problem out. on the Monday we received a call back from Jamie saying they could not do anything and would have to come back in yet again and choose another 7 seater auto we wanted but there was nothing there to the spec we wanted Jamie told us that there was some cars coming into the auction that Friday if we could wait until then so we agreed to wait they purchased a ford s max 7 seater auto on the Friday and was told to come in the following wedensday to view the car as Jamie was off until then and he wanted to deal with this with all the problems we had so wedensday came and we went to view the car and we was happy with what Jamie had purchased for us so we agreed to have the car.
