Professional, friendly, and well-spoken team dedicated to providing support to people who are struggling with debts. I have spoken to Gregory Pennington a few times now and they have been incredibly accommodating and respectful of my circumstances. My advisor Phil has been a real helping hand in getting me back on my feet after a rough couple months that have lead me into debt. I have now got a payment plan set up through which all of my creditors will be contacted by Gregory Pennington and they are going to be dealing with them on my behalf. This has saved so much stress, worry and suffering. I highly recommend a phone call with them to discuss how they may be able to help you!

I was so nervous from the beginning of putting my details in on the website as coming to terms with the fact you have got yourself into a situation that you cannot get out of without the help of other people is a big thing to overcome. However from the moment I had my initial call to just give some basic information I was put at ease, I think the lady I spoke with to begin with was called Jess, she was lovely and very easy to talk to. I then asked if I could be called back later in the afternoon as I had plans that morning, again this was not a problem and when I had my call back I spoke to Oliver. I was so nervous when we initially started talking but he was amazing at putting me at ease and explaining the whole process and the different options available to me, I was told the call would be around 15 mins but we spoke for well over an hour and I was taken step by step through everything and all the avenues I could pursue! I couldn’t recommend Oliver enough, after going through some personal issues recently it can be hard to trust people but he completely put me at ease and I left that conversation feeling a huge weight had been lifted, so thank you again Oliver! I was then put through to Jade after deciding which option I wanted to take and again her customer service was incredible and she explained everything to me in full about what the next steps would be and what I could be doing in the mean time to help the process! She was very informative and I feel like I have a much better grasp of the situation than I have done for a long time, so thank you so much again and I would recommend this company to anyone who is struggling and needs help!

From initial contact, it was great to talk to a sympathetic human voice. I contacted them as things were getting out of control and I saw no other option. Chris was, and probably still is, a legend. He knew my dilemma and was clear from start to finish. I feel GP are fighting my corner. One of my creditors explained that they had not received contact, which they had, and I approached my case manager and explained the situation. He assured me he would sorry it out. True to his word, he did and it was sorted that very hour so I wasn't left worrying. So far, I can't recommend Gregory Pennington enough. Thanks guys, I'm breathing again!

I explained my situation to the gentleman on the phone and he listened to my problems and gave me advice to what arrangement would be suitable for my needs. After it was in place I was in regular contact and given information all the way . You can log on to the website and see your accounts that keep up to date with your lenders,also gives you options to update any threatening letters you may receive.I would definitely recommend anyone in financial difficulties to look at these type of arrangements because it’s freed up some spare cash and taken pressure of myself.

If i’m being dealt by one person, I want to keep on speaking to that one person. Also the app they provide needs to be updated not had it done as promised after 4 weeks hence why i’m getting worried about it.
