I've worked in this office for around two years now and have had a great experience. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful. There are regular treats provided and small networking events organised, which are always fun! The kitchen facilities are great and the cleaning team do a fantastic job of tidying up after all of us! We've been based here for almost 3 years now and it's a great office space in a fantastic location - there's a huge choice of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and Pure gym is just a 2 minute walk. Gary, Lauren and the team are always really friendly and helpful and they even provide us with welcome treats! It has a great atmosphere and everything you need in a modern office space!

These newly refurbished offices are a pleasure to work in. The facilities are great; the kitchen's have all the mod cons including a swanky coffee machine and boiling water tap; it is furnished stylishly and there's some great 'break out' areas to have a spot of lunch or take a call in private; and it's always kept clean and tidy. It's a great location in the heart of Spinningfields. Been very well looked after in these offices for the last 2 years now. Always clean and well presented, staff great visitors well. Have slowly gotten fat on the friday biscuit treats and occasional social networking events they arrange (free drinks!) Kitchen plenty big enough for all that use it. Friendly and efficient service for in/outbound mail. Internet pretty fast too! :-)

The facilities are always clean and have the added convenience of free coffee machine and tea's in the canteen area.
The reception team, are always enthusiastic to provide help and support with computing problems or arranging space for client meetings.

We have been in these offices now about 15 months. Gary was extremely helpful to us when we moved here, helping us to settle in. Together with Chris and Lauren, they are always quick to respond to any concerns or requests that we have. Kitchen/dining area and meeting room facilities are very good.

The location is excellent; apart from giving you a great business address in the thick of the financial district, it's surrounded by great places to eat, drink and shop, and there's a couple of good gyms around the corner to help keep you sane.
The facilities are really good - nice kitchen and space to eat away from your desk, breakout areas for meetings and interviews and the general environment is modern, clean, and professional.
I guess you get lots of that in other places around here too, but what you won't get are Lauren, Gary and Chris - a fab team who are always on hand to help make things run smoothly, organise little events and have a chat and a laugh with when you need to take 5.

The kitchen provides unlimited tea & coffee and plenty of cutlery and crockery etc. I would love to see a vegan milk option to also be available and the quality of the coffee in the coffee machine to improve. Enjoyed two fantastic years in our office at i2 Spinningfields and about to enter our third. We could not be happier with the service and professionalism of the team here.
Whether it be resolving an issue in a timely manner, finding us last minute meeting rooms, or slipping me the odd packet of biscuits on a miserable Monday, the team are always on hand to ensure our needs are met and we are well looked after.
Our office space is modern and well maintained, and is supported by ample shared break out areas which fits the needs of our business perfectly.

I recently joined a company whose office is in the Landmark building in Spinningfields. It's probably one of the nicest office buildings I've been to in Manchester. The decoration, upkeep and cleanliness is completely on point, as is the amazingly tasting free coffee and treats!

The kitchens are always clean and never once has either tea, coffee or sugar come close to running out during the day. Extra bonus points for providing plant milk alternatives for those who can't have dairy.
