Reviews of Manchester Airport station
A. A.My husband and I landed into Terminal 2 today and walked to the station for our train. I asked a Team Leader (I think his name was Mike Falini, for some help). He was absolutely brilliant with us, he took our large cases and stayed with us til the train arrived, then put the cases on the train for us. Excellent service from this man, sorry if I have his name wrong.
J. C.Yesterday (September 12th) I arrived at Manchester Airport Railway Station having been brought by wheelchair by the assistance services at Terminal 2. The assistant helped me to buy a railway ticket, found the next train to Crewe and took me to the right platform.
Subsequently he must have informed the station staff of my presence and shortly before the Crewe train arrived two very helpful members of the station staff arrived and carefully helped me onto my train.
They also informed the staff at Crewe Station where I was met and helped to the taxi rank.
This was outstanding service and I would like to thank the staff involved and also the organisation that had this system in place that worked so well.
G. S.Yesterday I arrived in the airport and needed a train. The lovely man in the ticket office helped me. He was an angel. It was around 3pm. He is a credit to the station and helped a damsel in distress. God bless and thank you xxx
P. R.Normally we land at terminal 3 but this time it was terminal 2 which was considerably quieter and we got straight through.

H.Good place but charges for trollies to go to the bus/train station using skyline. Completely dead place in midnight!

J. L. B. M.(Translated) I find it very cold, unwelcoming, lack of services, too many queues and few seats for waiting, the best option is to go into the cafeteria and spend 4 pounds for coffee. The employees are not very well informed as well as being inattentive, that is to say... Not friendly at all. What makes me score 4* is the excellent location of the station and the ease of access to it. Really useful.

La encuentro muy fría, poco acogedora, falta de servicios, demasiadas colas y pocos asientos para la espera, la mejor opción es meterse en la cafetería y gastar 4 libras por en café. Los empleados no están muy bien informados además de ser poco atentos, es decir... Nada amables. Lo que me hace puntuar con 4* es la excelente localización de la estación y la facilidad de acceso a la misma. Realmente útil.
