Cardiff hasn't got a coach station, it's a bit of a car park in Sofia garden. There is a rather small office attached to a toilet block I think for a capital city, it's a sheer disgrace, to be honest That said, they do have very nice staff and drivers

Book early. Best option for travelling between cities from london to Manchester/Birmingham. Same time like a car will do. But 70% cheaper than fuel expenses. Why not relax and finish a novel instead of driving? 😎

Very nice. Practical, that Spar is open at 02.00. With the exception of 2 chavs coming in with racist rant, it was nice & quiet. It would be better if the security checked tickets before people entered the station or there were machines that scanned tickets, so that you could only enter if you have a ticket.

Very near to the city centre, you can catch National Express buses from here.

Makes travel cheap and easy.. got trip to new castle and all went well.. easy to find and easy to see which coach your meant to get.. only issue I had was no charging port on the way home which made the journey feel longer.. no movies ☹️

Its a bus station...i was picking up and dropping off.....staff were very helpful....small coffee shop...I'm disabled and by the time i got to manchester i was needing to use the facilities....disabled toilet has a radar lock which wasnt working...i was nearly knocked off my scooter by a dutch? Swedish? man avoiding paying the 30p charge....i can only say yuk to the toilet...I'd hold it next time!

Convenient placed for all the needs and can charge your phone in the machine that charges phones which is like a locker that charges £2.50p for half an hour. Has an information point if you need information and coaches run regularly.
