Nightfox Investigations managed to collect the full amount of a debt which had been outstanding since last summer. We tried another debt collection agency first, which went nowhere, so our expectations were low. But we were genuinely impressed by Nightfox. They didn’t hide behind a web dashboard - the company called to clarify one or two things, sounded very professional and confident, and then they swung into action. Debt collected. No fuss. We’re very relieved and super grateful.

Nightfox are hands down the best debt recovery agency. I had two tenants who owed me 4 months worth of rent which was handled by Nightfox extremely professionally. They also recovered costs for the locksmith to came out and change the keys so I actually ended up with more than I thought I could get. They also handled my finance's debt which had been outstanding for over two years. It was when Covid first hit and her flights were cancelled. I for one didn't think there were companies like this anymore as it all seems to be court this and court that so over the years just wrote my bad ones off until last year when I saw this company (In Action) they were recovering money from the unit downstairs and with my nose peering over the mezzanine saw the effectiveness, one of them even told the people below that they would come back and rip the machine out if they didn't get at least half today, I don't know what impressed me more the audacity to say that given its a 200-ton machine or the fact they got payment. It was enough for me to instruct, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of my debt being recovered which was almost 20 thousand.

Whilst I do my best to provide my customers with a good product and service I do get the odd one that thinks it wholly acceptable to just not pay me..........then blame me for my products. My husband and I were victims of a Covid removal scam last year, by a professional conman no less! We went through all of the correct channels - ActionFraud, the Police and finally the Small Claims Court. Despite the scammer being known to the police, they had no intention of opening a case against him; the man had 15 counts of fraud on a previous conviction! ActionFraud closed our file. The Court gave us a hollow default CCJ a year later but in truth it seems that no-one was interested in helping us recover or losses. It is only when I got in touch with Nightfox that our claim was taken seriously. Phil and Anthony were courteous, understanding and incredibly professional throughout. Nightfox promises a prompt response when instructed of a collection and absolutely do respond immediately. I had a personal debt to be collected, I was given a case number, and contacted straight away to guide me through the process they follow. Communication is as policy states, they don't contact you unless there's an update and within the week I received an email telling me that the debtor had been visited, bodycam video included. I was told that the debtor didn't have the money to pay and needed time to gather the funds. Today I found out that nightfox has received some payment from the debtor, and it is refreshing to know that nightfox has maintained efforts to recover my debt even beyond contract. They Do It The Old Fashioned Way I was owed money by an online fraudster and after applying to the county courts and getting no help at all from them after 6 months I lost all hope. Having rung around a few debt collectors, I was immediately impressed by Nightfox. Yes, they are blunt but I imagine you have to be in this game. My debt was relatively small (£5k) with the debtor in Ireland. They Do What They Say They Do I instructed Nightfox to collect a debt that was in fact a CCJ from a problematic debtor, the debtor had no intention of paying me for my work. He ignored everything, my letters, my CCJ claim and the CCJ – I tried other High Court companies but the debtor just told them where to go. Then I contacted Nightfox. Well, what a difference! The debtor was hard work and despite getting a quick payment they had to constantly pursue him and never gave up, I did have complaints from the debtor that they were ruining his life but it was not my problem, he should have paid me. The time it took Nightfox to recover their money is a testament to their resolve. These guys are the right people to have on your side.
