My family have used Paul for my father’s funeral 10 years ago and a few months ago for my mother. On both occasions Paul and his staff were absolutely wonderful. At such a sad and stressful time Paul has a very calm and gentle way of making the situation easier to deal with. Helen was amazing with creating the beautiful order of service which the whole family will treasure. Nothing was too much trouble. They arranged live streaming and recording of the service which meant that many friends and family from around the world could join us either on the day or later. Thank you Paul, Helen and Heidi we would definitely recommend your services to others. It has been a great comfort for the whole family that our parents’ funerals were the best experience possible at such sad times.

We used Paul Williams FuneralDirectors for my late Father’s funeral and I can not recommend them highly enough. We dealt with Heidi and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and kept us informed at every step. Each time I spoke to her she made me feel calm and at peace which was invaluable. The premises are beautiful and it was good to know that my Father was in such a serene and lovely building. I found the prices competitive but would have paid twice as much for the excellent service they delivered. Heidi and the team at Paul Williams have been fantastic. From the initial phone call after my mother passed away to the final conversations, the service was seamless. The first appointment was booked in within a day or so and they were able to liaise with the hospital and even offered guidance about registering the death etc. The meeting with Heidi to discuss the funeral was simple and respectful and ultimately led to a lovely celebration of life for my mum. A celebrant was selected for us that we could not have been happier with and myself and my family could not recommend this family run company any more. They have an eye for detail, even down to the final communication envelopes. 10/10- thank you for everything!

Can I begin by saying that any compliments, reccomendations or thank you will be inadequate. Paul, Helen and Heidi cared for me and my lovely John wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble. Every question or worry covered in a calm kind and reassuring way. No pressure to make decisions or certain choices. When Paul arrived at our home with my lovely John ready to make our way to St Michael's church in Whitefield he looked so lovely and beautifully turned out in his top hat and tails. He then did the honour of escorting John away from our home on his final journey in front of the car. And again walking him into the church grounds. This act really touched us all. I wish so Paul Williams had cared for our precious mum and our son in 2018 and 2019. I really would not recommend any one other than Paul, Helen and Heidi to look after you and your family member at what is a devasting and difficult time. As a special touch I was given a hand crafted paper butterfly with wild flower seeds to plant in John's memory. So precious xxx

Having recently lost our Dad suddenly Paul, Helen & their staff made a very difficult time that much easier to cope with. They are professional, respectful, patient, caring and attentive. Then there are the little personal touches such as sending flowers to the family, calling to see if we were coping ok, even down to an elegant invoice with a butterfly to plant that grows into wild flowers in memory of Dad. We cannot speak too highly of Paul and his team! At this most dreadful of time and with the added complication of the Pandemic we told him how we wanted to make Dad’s funeral special! He arranged for a professional Royal Academy singer to sing 3 of Dads favourite BIG songs! The young man was amazing! Pavarotti, Alfie Boe and Bette Midler songs! Not a dry eye in the church! Paul also suggested and arranged for doves to be released by the grave side after listening to our story about Dads affinity with doves, which was just beautiful!
