I recently used Reviv for PCR tests travelling and returning from my holiday. I cannot fault the experience or the service, the staff go above and beyond especially Jayde, Jordan and Hannah. The test themselves were just nasal swaps and over within minutes and results were back pretty much within 24hours, which helps to put you at ease when awaiting to fill forms etc. 100% would recommend to anyone. I’ve been having B12 injections weekly for 6 weeks after deciding to try them for ongoing fatigue. Despite having low levels of B12 I was told by my doctor it would make ‘no difference to how I felt’ and was told I would not be offered them in the surgery. I have gone from needing to sleep 9-12 hours and waking up exhausted to sleeping for 7-8 hours and waking up naturally before my alarm. I no longer need a daytime nap. I have the energy to exercise and do not feel like I spend the afternoons struggling to stay awake. The clinic is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Really great service, very friendly and efficient staff. I requested confirmation of payment for CPR test and received it in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic for any tests for travelling abroad as I never had any delays with receiving PCR test results when I needed to travel. I am very satisfied with choosing this clinic. Prices are very reasonable especially if to buy tests as a package. Really great clinic: professional and put you at ease. Quick service. Amazing customer service at reception- especially Jordan who is always very welcoming and attentive. I came to this clinic for PCR test, but end up with receiving vitamin boost and even signed up my husband for one of special programs. He absolutely loved the service, lots of attention and very happy with outcome: feels very energised and sleeps better. I would recommend vitamin boosts and special health programs for a quick result.

Came for an IV therapy on a Saturday. Originally came earlier than anticipated and there was a slight mix up on timings. The nurse who gave my IV was extremely accommodating and very professional! I have been coming to Reviv for a few months now to get my B12 injections privately as the standard of hygiene, care and customer service is incomparable with anywhere else. I have met Emma a few times now who is extremely lovely and recommended my best friend to go to her as well who also said how sweet Emma was and that Emma remembered me and asked how I was doing which I think goes to show how thoughtful the nurses here are. I have also met Sophie the other nurse yesterday for the first time who was lovely and professional so I always feel comfortable and in safe hands who ever I go to here. We recently visited REVIV as i was suffering from lack of sleep through perimenopause and my partner for very bad hay fever. We arrived at the clinic slightly late but the staff where kind enough to wait and we were met by Hannah who took all of our details and offered us a drink of water and made us feel relaxed. Cheryl set up the IV drips and explained in depth the procedure and made us feel very comfortable and we where then taken to a lovely lounge with a TV while we had the infusion. I had the megaboost, glutathione pushx2, CoQ10+ which gave me a boost of energy but also helped me sleep and my partner had megaboost, Vit C Extra x 8G which has helped his hay fever symptoms. Top rate service we will be back!!

I have been coming to Reviv Manchester since June 2020 for B12 injections as my GP practice wasn't offering these during lockdown. I was so nervous leaving my doctors and going private, (especially during Covid times), but from the moment I walked into the clinic my mind was put at ease. The receptionist/nurses were so welcoming and I felt really safe with the Covid measures they have in place. I now come here every two/three weeks and the team are always so friendly, and their professionalism reassures me that I'm in good hands here. It is unbelievable to finally be in control of how frequently I can have a B12 injection, and with the guidance from the amazing nurses I have gone from having them every three months at my doctors, to every three weeks.To say it has changed my life would be an understatement! I feel like I have got my life back - and whats more, the injections are so affordable too! I also had the My Core genes analysis done recently and I was blown away by the results. It is amazing for anyone who would like to get to know what foods are best for you, and what foods you really should avoid. Both myself and my husband love it here and will be coming here for life. Emma & Lindsey Thankyou both for your approach towards my grandmother who has a fear of injections since a child. It took a lot of bribery and word of encouragement to actually get her to the clinic to just 'have a look', so when I saw her filling in the questionnaire I was shocked to say the least! It really was a big milestone for her. Later that day she explained that you made her feel extremely at ease and your approach was exceptional. She's even said that she would definitely have no problems going to have one again as long as its the same lady who administered them - she didn't feel a thing! So expect us back in the near future. I would also like to thankyou for fitting us all in at once when I initially only booked the single appointment for my mother. The fact you took the time to allow us to have them administered in the quiet reception area as my mother is in a wheelchair was also very thoughtful. I already feel somewhat brighter and refreshed today.

They advise you on what treatments are there but also give you what you need. Yes for newbies this seems a little pricey for a drip n vitamins we can buy in tablet form but - it's not.
