Thomas Robinson was my sales negotiator he managed the sale of the property I purchased and chased everything up for me as soon as i asked. He was very easy to communicate with. His service is very fast and responsive. He also helped guide me through the process to help me secure the property as a first time buyer. I am very happy following the successful purchase of a property and i am very thankful for Tom and the rest of their teams service.

The process of the buying the house was pretty simple. It might help if Springbok sorted out its communications, messages not picked up, 24 hour service not working etc etc. Read the small print as buyers are expected to pay a deposit on acceptance of offer (we were not aware of this). However, overall, a pleasing experience and Chris was excellent and communicated well and kept us up to speed on progress.

Initial contact with the agents were good. We were relieved to see that the viewings were not overpopulated as we had noticed on other properties. Making contact to place our offer was easy and Jo responded within a reasonable time to our offer and confirming it was accepted. Unfortunately, we found that once our offer had been accepted and we had signed the exclusivity agreement contact with Jo and the sales team changed. Jo had not replied to my last emails or returned calls which is disappointing. Natalie had now taken over the transaction to chase with seller and solicitors and she had responded to emails within good timing.

Lewis Buddle was great through my initial stage. He explained everything clearly and was efficient with everything required. I faced some problems along the way and he did his best to resolve them which he did! He was overall very helpful and it really felt like he was in my corner, which was fantastic!
